  1. Gaffer just mated. 2 good dogs should produce cracking pups suitable for all work . But there is bull in the breeding
  2. For me the lurcher game is a working man's game so working man's prices. I think the lurchers bred should always be passed around friends in the hunting game and not just any old Tom dick or harry. A working man's price should be paid to cover the rearing costs.
  3. RIP ern, you put some rabbits away will miss the photos. Always the good uns to go 1st. Keep ya chin up mate sorry for your loss
  4. I see what your saying but don't put it on videos for all the bunny huggers to see that's how we get a bad name
  5. Excellent video but I think you should have showed the rabbit a bit more respect and ended it as quickly as possible. Good hunting though
  6. The jokes are getting as bad as the pictures now ha ha
  7. Yes but before it lost its leg it was doing the job, very well I can vouch for gaffer and he wouldn't just breed any old sh#t. The fact that he is keeping a dog for himself says it all to me. All gafers dogs get out regularly and see graft, not left sitting in kennels used as breeding machines. we will sort a night out shortly mate and i will take him with 3 legs and show ya him work i have never bred a dog this will be my 1st so why all this bollox with my dog with 3 legs is crackers lol if its windy this week we will be outWill do pal, just been bogged down with work lately but yeah wi

  10. Good lamps but the variable on burnt up while out using. Rewired mine to just full power never used the variable on it to be honest but the beam is perfect for lamping with lurchers
  11. Not in this shape the newer models are diesel but you talking silly money just for a practical dog bus. I think that was there down fall one of these in a diesel would 've the ultimate awd estate and excellent family car. Great price that though.
  12. Hare coursing = testing the hound and beast were the beast survives a lot of the time. Driven hare shoot = slaughter, massacre of a graceful beast Absolutely disgraceful.
  13. One of my jills is a tw@t for biting the dog, when she sees him she makes a bee line for him. All other ferrets ok just my old Jill. When feeding them together the dog does one when she comes out. Ha ha

  16. I have had this problem before and it can be cured, how I got over the problem is spending time in the garden with them putting them in tubes and letting them run through but dont jump at them straight away give them time to come out a pick them up steadily don't just pull them up, do this several times a day also call them so they know it's you and they will get better with it they need to trust you. Once you have done this several times then they will let you pick them straight from the hole just call before you pick them up as not to startle them. This is the method I used and it work
  17. Thanks for replys lads has anyone had any experience with the diahatsu terrios. Are they any good?
  18. Shotgun would sort it would be fun with terriers though
  19. I think you are expecting a lot there but I suppose it could be done. If I was wanting a dog to do all I think my choice would be a collie greyhound, just because they are easily trained and willing to please. That's just my thoughts and believe me I am no expert but trying to learn
