  1. Only ever seen one of this mix work and I was quite impressed she was lighting quick and took the odd fox. She would rabbits for fun and also took hare regular. She was collie grey x collie whippet grey. Roughly 24" tts at a guess She was a good dog just a shame about the owner he was a d!ck
  2. Been biking with my 2 for years now one is a lurcher the other a great dane, good fun but get ready for a few injuries they have had me a couple of times and it fecking hurts ?? don't no how fast they get up to but it feels like 100mph and even faster when have you off. Once I'm off the roads I let them off I also find it easier to have them both in the same hand

  7. Started with ferrets then the rest followed. Lurchers, hawks shooting but lurchers have and always will be my favourite Always used to see a bloke in my village who had lurchers when I was a kid ask him about them and what they were used for. Luckily he was a mate of my dad's so he showed me ferreting etc.
  8. The grey rough haired ones looked belters, would love to know how they was bred my type of lurcher

  10. Just watched it completely one sided maybe they should do a clip of dymenteds story and how the RSPCA let a dog die and suffer in their care
  11. Both dogs look belters. The pup has grown well
  12. You sound like Jimmy savile Now then now then now then ....don't worry about it , she lives in a war zone ,probably won't make it to 16 ???
  13. But a great one from England ??
  14. Sounds like the makings of a good gun dog fludhes pheasant and doesn't chase rabbit. if you can get the basics right such as recall, direction to flush and stay etc. If you want rabbits get a lurcher
  15. Had a knob yesterday in an Audi he must of been doing 50mph at least next to the primary school the tosser he got a round of fcuks from me then he just waved which wound me up even more. No need near a school were young kids are. Also had many run ins with BMW drivers.
  16. A greyhound bitch i owned retrieved full grown rabbits to hand, they looked like they had been through a mincer, she ate any bunny half grown,in seconds.Your right about the bunnys been through a mincer, a mate had one she was an ex track dog and at 1st was a liability with small dogs but we put the time and she came good. She would dispatch Fox with ease and would catch hare as good as any lurcher her prey drive was eminence. Rabbits she struggled with would always run on top of them but she did catch them eventually. Always fancied a pup to bring in as a lurcher One of the best fox d

  18. Hare shoots are for profit and profit only. It's a massacre imho not sport. The hare should be in front of a dog not a gun
