  1. Plenty of shaggers and pot heads. Also seen my dog catch a rabbit which is very strange
  2. Like what has been said it has been going on for years from both sides. I know people who have had a good hiding from keepers and farmers just think the internet etc brings it to light more. I myself have had the end of a shotgun whacked in my face by a unhappy keeper. It is shite that land owners are getting attack by these types. And coursing hares this time of year isn't good.
  3. Jimnys great little 4x4. But they are very small.
  4. Doesn't interest me at all no course just full on battle. May as well be into dog fightingSaying things like that you may aswell be an anti youv clearly never been diggin to think it's like a dog fight, a good terrier should go to ground and find the fox once found give in rnough pressure to push the fox into a dead end once it's in the stop end then the terrier should hold it at bay and bite if the fox is trying to get past, usually the fox will stay put aslong as the terriers just baying,Far from an anti, but if hunting I'd your thing then they arnt it.Let's be realistic they don't run they

May as well be into dog fightingAn average pit bull will kill most badgers easily, don't even compare the 2...... well that's what I heard of a load of old fellasExactly what am saying. It takes a game lurcher to take one but it anit hunting inmoThe word game gets thrown around a little to often these days, an animal tackling somthing a third of its size isn't so, there's only one way to test gameness and that's lb for lb..... but that's a story for another day and probably not wise to discuss on an open forum Couldn't agree more pal.

  8. Dacia, Renault engineMy mum's got one of them worse thing she ever brought bad car and their not 4wd the only a 2x4Mine is fine so far and has a Nissan system. Switchable from 2wd, auto or 4wd locked. It also uses the abs to shift drive where it is needed. It actually negotiates a tricky place I visit regular better than the jimney. It actually deals with wet grass on a hillside better than a jimney. What was wrong with your mother's? R. My Mrs has just bought one , she collects it from the dealers on Monday, I hope it lasts longer than the Fourtrack , Jeep and Isuzu that she Murd

  11. That's the long and the short of it.....it's also the beginning of the end for one or possibly both sports as legitimate competitive sports in my opinion. Couldn't agree more. Just because they both fight doesn't mean it's the same. Imo it's like comparing rugby to football
  12. in my younger days me and my mates always just used a garden pump up sprayer with a gallon of petrol in, a little shot of petrol mist down the hole stand to the side and throw in a match and a small explosion gets sucked through the network of holes and hey presto rats come pouring out, make sure you don't look down the hole as you light, one of my mates was hit in the head when a stone flew out and I was attacked by a swarm of bees that were living in the hole once but other than that really cheap and effective method Same way we do it works everytime it ratty is home
  13. Can't beat a landi

  16. Bull would kill it quicker than a sighthound, but the bull dog wouldnt have a chance of catching one on the run on open land like Dan and was it stuntman?? Hunt them. Would love to have ago at hunting some on the big open land of the states
  17. Subaru forester 2.0x love it goes everywhere, quite nippy and runs on lpg. So cheap to run. She is abit abused now though but still runs perfect and has never let me down, when she does die Al be having another.
  18. Wouldn't bother with the crv, if off roading lad I work with had one said it was useless he now has a small shogun pinin and loves it. It goes anywhere, diff lock, low box they are spot on.

  20. maintaining a lurcher doesn't cost much, but if your working it all over the country the bill soon adds up. Worth every penny though IMHO.
  21. As has been said you go wrong with a good GSD.
  22. 5 gallon drum with top cut off bit of seat belt strap through back like a ruck sack. You can then just drop them in as you go along.
  23. Horses for courses, dogs for jobs.
  24. Kcb very good quality collars. You won't go wrong
  25. Only seen one Saluki grey work all game. He was good on rabbit, hare deer but fox he was definitely no world beater. Best dog I seen on fox was a pure grey. Not many believe me but I have not yet seen a dog impress me on fox as much as her. Seen some good fox dogs but none compare to her.
