The screws are only m5 brass from memory too. I noticed last time i renewed house insurance they up your premium if you have patio doors.

Must be able to get a key fob coded for cheaper than that. Not sure on jeep but some you can do yourself as long as you have another working key. -
3000 psi is 206 bar. Not sure what they should run at tbh.

Id say you filled it up way to much, pressure will have locked the thread as it's trying its best to sperate both parts. Your very lucky, 200 BAR of air in one shot behind a decent sized tube will have quite alot of energy.
