I can remember a few over the years. Fittingly for me, this one is in black and white.I was at this game and literally stayed off work partying for two days after it. By today's standards its a bread and butter save but Eusabio obviously thought it spectacular back then.

Where are governments going to get their fuel tax receipts from? The lithium battery and the oil producers will also be in bigntrouble. Gonna be interesting.

I once landed a brown trout about half a pound, got it onto the grass when a weasel rushed in and seized it. I shouted at it and it backed off. Got the hook out and released the fish in shallow water, only for the weasel to rush in, grab the trout and disappear into the undergrowth with it. Another time I was in a pigeon hide. I had a massive hangover, there was no action, so I fell asleep. Woke up to find a stoat exploring the sandwiches in my bag. -
I was watching Chelsea v Man United yesterday. Casemiro scored late on to make the game a draw. The players celebrated like they had won euro millions. Why didn't one of the utd players grab the ball, sprint to the centre spot and say come on boys we're now gonna beat these b*****ds. A draw is inconclusive..you need a win! A draw just means you didn't win.

There are online coin auctions. You can also get a free valuation before going ahead. You then know at what price to set a reserve price. Get several valuations. The downside is you have to pay commission. N.B. I am NOT an expert .

Tbh the 'Dog is for Life' brigade piss me off. So f'n selective in their moral outrage. How about a ' Kid is for Life' (not just until you can get your end away somewhere else.) ??? The British relationship with dogs is so f****d up. The fact we import semi -feral,dogs from God knows where and stick them in some well meaning, naive person's house is insane. Street dogs from Roumania have killed people, but they round them up and dump them on innocent retards in the UK. There have been several tragedies as a result. The dog re-homing business is a racket when you look beneath the s

Last time I was in your neck of the woods It was 30 rabbits to a half acre of grass! I've got good numbers now, but like every back end, the myxie arrives and decimates them.

I'm ashamed to say I ran a dog almost to the point of collapse on rabbits at night. I was young and stupid and didn't realise a dog has its limits. It was a cracking dog though. It still wanted to run even though it was completely exhausted. It didn't sicken it for future nights despite its dickhead owner.

I'm getting on, but when my 14 year old bitch gives up the ghost, I will get another lurcher. If it turns out to be a pot licker so what? I like having a dog about the place. A house seems empty without one. Age mellows a person. I once rehomed a deer/ grey years ago because it had no minerals. But I wish I'd kept it. It was a cracking companion dog.

How a certain member's squashed nuts earned him retirement.

A car drove into the shop window of my local branch of Vision Express. Wasn't long before somebody sprayed 'Should Have Gone To Specsavers' on the boarded up window. -

I had the same experience with British. Gave up in defeatist mode. Gonna try again though.

If those greyhounds had been ex track dogs they would have been keener. Track dogs I have seen on prey have been psychos. They know nothing else but to chase and seize. In fox packs you always get hounds which will grab, others will be more flirty. The wolf pack on this thread also shows that some are more prepared to take a risk than others. The dog family are like people: some will take the lead whereas others will hold back even when they have promised support. Some will do all the work, others will do f**k all but expect a full share of the rewards.

Few round my patch. Used to be said keepers would release a few as a marker of poaching frequency. Heard it said of white rabbits too. Basically if they were released and then disappeared quickly, you knew you had poachers. Probably a myth though.

Truss and the late Brian Clough have a lot in common. Both had arrogance, a Leeds connection and both lasted 44 days. The difference is one was spookily successful and could back up their arrogance. The other was amateurish, naive and calamity prone.

Whatever the reason, that coyote's death was too drawn out. Didn't appreciate the video personally. If you can't kill quarry quickly with dogs....use a rifle.
