I am not saying he done this or done that, or wheter he is guilty or innocent, but these women who come forward years later to complain of his unwanted attention for the better word, why did they not complain at the time? Ok they where afraid it may damage their careers or lessen their chances of success. If they have made at least 1 payment half that fence is theirs, if you feel your owed money you will have to go to a smalll claims court. If you remove that fence after they have made a payment the chances are you could be charged with theft if they complain, damage it and you could be charged with criminal damage. Sounds shit but thats the way it is. Ask them politley for payment or you will remove the fence, if they refuse move on and get over it.

They said they had seen me looking in fields with it, I've got a solicitor involved now just to get my lamp back as it was a fathers day gift off my kids. If you have a running dog with you and you shine your lamp in fields the law will assume you are intending to commit an offence, they can and will take the lamp and battery, happened a few times round here. It's now down to you to prove you had no intent of committing an offence. Good luck with it ATB....Del
