  1. Don't worry, there was no rush. Just seeing how close you were....
  2. Oil will be in the bottom, puncture the top and it won't even spray the oil out.
  3. You can cut out the sonic boom, but it's a little impractical. It's subsonic by 300 yards, so you just need a 300 yard moderator. Make sure it's curved to match the drop of the bullet though
  4. He might be a great driver, but that is no reason not to dislike him
  5. That looks just what I'm looking for what range would get Out it ?? Much further than I expected. I have used it to count rabbits on the cliff top near me and with the central part of the beam I can see them clearly at 175m (I just measured it on Google Maps) without using a scope.
  6. If you want a long distance RED get this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UniqueFire-HS-802-Cree-1-Mode-Long-range-Red-light-hunting-Led-Flashlight-torch-/171190737117?pt=UK_SportsLeisure_Camping_LightsLanternsTorches&hash=item27dbc358dd The same seller puts them up for auction starting at 99p so you can get it much cheaper. I wouldn't have told anyone before, but I now have three of them
  7. I once stalked a pair of strange eyes in a ditch for over an hour. They just didn't look right and although they were moving a little bit they just didn't move enough, even when I got within 30 yards. Only at 20 yards did I realise it was a weird reflection off a microwave someone had dumped and they eye "movement" was due to weeds moving in the wind in front of it. Ironically after being so quite in order to get so close to the microwave without scaring it, I turned round to find a very puzzled looking fox standing in the open looking at me. I think he may have been stalking t
  8. The HMR is a far more versatile round; it's almost impossible to pick food out of your teeth with a soft point 22
  9. Just keep your eyes open, If the wind gets doesn't change direction you will probably have one arriving from somewhere near Bristol.
  10. It's a shame you aren't in the same Suffolk as me. When I moved I made my own about 25% bigger than the one in the post above. Material cost would have been about £100, if I hadn't already had it and the police are more than happy with the construction. Most importantly it is exactly the right size to fit in the wardrobe
  11. It's not that time goes quicker, it's that your brain goes slower
  12. What part of Essex are you in?
  13. Can you try and get the snares to catch their feet? That way it will take them longer to limp back to where you originally caught them.
  14. Hold down the alt key and type 156 and you will get a pound sign. Can't help with the ammo though as I use .22LR and .17HMR so yours won't fit.
  15. How about half way to Ostend? I live in Felixstowe so that would be perfect
  16. Isopropyl alcohol, or acetone (nail polish remover)
  17. Haven't used one of that make, but I'm a little surprised it comes with a cigarette lighter plug. 2000W is 166 amps at 12V and I am pretty sure most car fuses wouldn't cope with that.

Nuts, there isn't one anywhere near me, I was going to go just so I could walk out
  19. Damn, I watched that and my wrist is hurting again; I guess my faith isn't strong enough
  20. NO THEY ARE NOT; now b***** off
  21. I broke my wrist four weeks ago and just reading this thread has stopped it hurting in seconds and now I am looking for my tennis racket.......
