There's meant to be old pot filling lines out there isn't there that are meant to be natural retrievers etc the type you can let out and they'll bring something home. I can't see anyone keeping to a similar line nowadays though when people either want show dogs or record bag catchers.

My mate had a dog (ernie) live to a good age with no problems and he had an umbilical hernia, hence the name

It goes a long way mate. I mix it in a spray bottle and spray all the nooks and crannies.

They changed it. The stuff they sell now is absolutely crap but I bought some proper stuff off a lad on here and it's good stuff and worth buying if he still has any. gnipper you got it from me i still have the old stuff if any you lads need any like gnipper said not available anymore but still have around 30 bottles of the old stuff if anyone requires any in date til 2017 I know it was you mate I just didn't want to get you a load of pm's

if you had a lot of valuables and lived in an isolated place,would you not feel a little bit happier having a well trained protection dog with you? or more so with your wife when you went out? I can't see the courts destroying a dog for defending it's owner in it's own house from a burglar,not because they aren't c**ts,but because the public outcry would be huge. Surely the courts would throw the book at you if you had a professionally trained attack dog that savaged someone while you were there?

thats not really what patrol dogs are for,it's to deter and restrain. a lot wont take a beating for anyone,a good mate had a very scary looking dog that was ruined after years of work because of a well placed boot to the head. but if you think in terms of defence drive and prey drive,the dogs defence drive isnt going to disappear if it gets sold and of course its prey drive will stay as well,so i dont see why not. Thats what i was getting at.....surely these dogs must have a certain amount of loyalty to do what they do.......but then they cant be loyal to everyone ....i get the dr
