Lofty wouldn't do the things bear does all he can do is try and be the big man and run bear grylls down you don't see bear doing that and before everyone starts going on about him being a sas man so what if I was in a survival situation I'd be confident bear could get me out if I had to live in a remote place for a extended time I'd choose ray I think he make life comftable

I'd sooner have a good rifle You don't have to feed it.Yeh but a good dog can keep you fed for 9 maybe 10 years and then produce a pup that can do the same that's a lot of bullets to last that long
