    The one box of 42max that I tried were quite accurate but on the noisy side for subs. Hard hitting, but not as accurate as rws.

    Every rws .22 I’ve tried has been accurate, with the exception of rws .22 shorts, which were ok up to about 40 yards and then started to open up a bit.

    Short bolt throw and smooth action I agree. Compared to a cz455 I also agree. Compared to a cz452 I’m not so sure?. The 452 is so strongly engineered it’s tough to beat in that price range. If you look closely at the 455 compared to the 452 you can see where they kept the cost down. I didn’t like the look of the magazine on the t1x though. I don’t know what it’s like in use, but it looks and feels cheap and brittle to me, although the trigger felt nice. Only time will tell if it’s the tough as hell workhorse that the 452 was and still is. Just my opinion of course ?.

    Nice looking piece jozef, what type of diopter is it? Did it come with the rifle??

    Hull subsonic 20 are even quieter,but only 23 gram and #7:1/2 shot. Good for closer range when you need to be as quiet as possible with the twenty. Hi-Flyers hit harder though.

    Great guns Tom. Give the Eley hi-flyers a go, fibre wad, not plastic. They’re quiet and effective ?
