1. That's the kind of results I mean mate Saw one similar that saw a street mutt, saying it was something like 25% bulldog 12.5 % toy poodle great Dane etc etc they sell the service to dingbats with no clue
2. I wouldn't trust those DNA tests tbh they come up with some right shite.
3. This one looks full of itself
4. BTW arctic...lovely litter look very strong and healthy pups, like the grizzled ones
5. I really struggled with what too do, and its this statement that kept ringing in my ears, cause in reality its the stone cold truth, you really don't know what you are culling at that age, even at eight weeks when they taken some shape and shown a bit character etc, its still impossible to tell anything real solid, look at some of the great dogs take breed or type aside, the real top end ones are all shapes and sizes within the breeds and types of crosses, some say larger litter harsh on the dam, my argument their is properly prepared the dam should easily cope, plus we do our bit by making li
6. My only thing regarding colour ,is predominantly white dogs ,blood shows up a bit too much ,but it wouldn't stop me owning one if it was the only one ,in a good litter. Not a fan of Merle's but again it wouldn't stop me having one ,other than the fact it may be a mad collie cross
7. Looks set to be a hung parliament. So very unlikely to even be a vote in the bill. Without a BIG majority they wouldn't be any sense in going there . As Defeat again would put it to bed for ever.
8. try just using a bag of beef burgers if you swing hard enough the dog will get the idea....just make sure they are frozen though or it makes a mess
9. It's not just the labour party, the Tories are just as bad. I emailed my local Tory candidate, she said she voted for the bill last time ,and IF she gets elected she'll discuss it with me more ,but for animal welfare reasons shed probably vote the same this time.
10. Contact Jacob evo on here ,he has a nice litter as we speak
11. Tbh never stopped to reckon up what they cost ,but the diesel I use is the killer ,40,000 miles over the last 2 year it soon tots up. I used to have a free supply ,but like everything good ,it came to and end
12. He's a real nice stamp jcm. Good luck with the coming season pal
13. My criticism wasn't so much that they ran trebled up it was the fact that even being trebled up ,they still Showed little heart. Also the fact he done the video like a public relations film and made a poor case for his sport.
14. Seem them in a park ,that's surrounded in every direction by houses for miles ,the only way in would be the railway that borders it . But it's not only Muntjac that are close to towns saw a decent herd of red hinds close to a housing estate on playing fields ,must have been 18-20 strong
15. No way of knowing without trying. Dan Edwards rejects dogs if they're no good for coyote but I doubt if many dogs bred from working coyote dogs would jack on fox for instance. like you say no way of knowing, but cowardice is cowardice and without having backup I'm sure it would show sooner . But my judgment is only on dogs in the videos ,and seeing dogs I've seen ,but who knows.
16. Just to add I understand that coyote must be a hell of a challenge for dogs, but most dogs will have a go at challenging quarry when 3 handed. my question would be,would any of those dogs in the video show bravery single handed on ANY biting quarry ,USA, UK or otherwise?
17. I've never hunted coyote, but if my dogs did a job like that I'd either use them for something else ,or not use them at all . The fella was using the video like a public relations film. Maybe he should have used someone else's dogs that could do the job quicker ,or at least keep the film for his own private viewing. As I say I have ,obviously never hunted coyote ,but I would leave it to the lads that have dogs more capable ,as it does your cause no favours.
18. I'd imagine they'd have your pants down if it was an organised ,guided hunt in Europe Especially seeing the prices they charge shooters .
19. I think enough was said on the BBC back in the day ,and lessons should have been learned
20. I'd be looking at quality from the parents rather than strict adherence to breeds or a look. It May open up a lot more litters to choose from ,we all have favorites regarding coat etc, but the quality of the parents,in the disciplines that you need may reap better results. Just stay away from peddlers.
21. For the amount I use a lamp ,the leds do the trick,I don't have the lamp on that much any way ,don't like the attention . Certainly wouldn't lamp with a dinner plate size lamp, never liked them. But that shows how difficult it is making a lamp to suit all. I don't think they will be far off with the leds the makers just need to know what we need,as all the pieces are there already .
22. https://www.pets4homes.co.uk/classifieds/1598232-norfolk-tumbler-and-smithfield-lurcher-puppies-wellingborough.html 800 years he says lol Bred to continue old-fashioned family bloodlines (kept for over 800 years).Bred for function , health , temprement, brain and athleticism .Make ideal family pets , because historically kept hidden from public view (poaching dogs) in family dwelling. 23. The aluminium ones are usually painted or powder coated pal
24. At a couple of days old it's a simple process ,and fairer on the dog ,some may get by with them not causing hassle but you wouldn't know that at 2 or 3 days old when it's time to take them off. Get them done as pups easier on the dogs.
