  1. Mine still had 2 injections ,but they are probably different brands ,so given differently.
  2. You can get led's with 5 or more shades of white, natural white has a yellow tinge something like a halogen. Led's come in loads of colours, would be the boll@cks if you could change the led's or even have all the colours in the lamp! The price is going up lads All the colours; red, green, orange? thanks for the info mate , Yea that does sound handy fp, and in all fairness price wise il pay good money for the right kit my lithium battery cost £220, and my enforcer £120 and they say they got the option of going cordless but the battery's are nearly another £100 and they ain't worth a wank, s
  3. Always thought the same about bitches being loyal and maturing quicker, but kept a dog back and he's just the same loyal . Kept a bitch this time and she is no where as mature at her age as her mother was .I think it comes down to the individual dog ,so I'll just pick the one I like, from now on,and not limit myself to either dog or bitch
  4. Dogs are just livestock to some, and if they can make a profit ,they will. They think no different if it was a horse or pigeons or a car. It don't sit right with me ,but some times dogs have to be rehomed, and you can either pet home them or home it to someone who knows what they are getting on conditions that if they can't keep it comes back. Or obviously PTS
  5. it's already here I have a torch with variable brightness That's the k50 we had if I remember right did it go down in stages not like the ones on halogen lamps yes mate but it varies the amount of brightness you get from bright to dim ,you might call it a dimmer
  6. I've had head torches that can do that for over a decade. Dimmer switch? Or the shitty click button where they jump up and down brightness in stages? I'm guessing the latter. My torch has a dial that dims it from settings 1-5 then off then SOS. Easily varying the brightness
  7. It's not only the wattage its the way its delivered. It's some thing to do with the drivers, it's a micro chip business. Now I'm getting out of my depth I'm sure you electronic geeks at the manufacturers will know. The leading led's for sheer power is XHP 70, that can put out over 3600 lms and the led with the throw (beam) is XHP 35 and that can give you 2500 lms. There are many other led's on the market, but these seem to have edge on performance and are in some of the newest torches. There are torches out there that put out over 16000 lms . I'm not sure how you would approach the manufactu

  14. 1. free or very cheap 2. a decent pair of eyes 3. a decent dog to catch 4. decent land to catch on 5.decent motor to get there no seriously.... 1.variable beam width ,like the striker,so you can please a few that like wider or narrower beam. 2.warm white LED a little less harsh on the eyes 3.light weight ,and batteries in the handle 4.must last a full night of lamping, say 6-7 hours 5.cheap enough to sling in the hedge ,and not break your heart 6. maybe a separate red led instead of filter?

  17. I couldn't say, as I've never seen a dog work a badger in person. No nor have I,get you bother over here ! I just meant the they would probably be closer to a badger than a fox build and size wise ,if a tad smaller.

  19. Did you get your hair cut in the end?
  20. I'd have guessed they would be more akin to a badger ,than fox or cat just guessing?
