  1. Thanks guys, Si I think Malc pipped me but we didn't count up the score, I just think that from an observation of the pattern of the group. A really fun night when you factor in a little friendly comp towards the end. It was nice to meet Malc yesterday he is a really friendly chap and a cracking shot with that lively walnut tx200 he's got. Phil
  2. Nice shooting buddy! You had a bleeder hey ha ha
  3. Cheers guys, timmy your always welcome mate, bring some of that cider along with you though! Ha ha. I can't say it will do alot for the groups but it tastes damn good!
  4. Cheers buddy, I was really chuffed with that group if I'm honest! I stopped at 20 as I was sure I would ruin it, at 18 shots I was adamant it was going to go to the dogs! Lol
  5. Evening all, Just got back from my local range with a few members from here. Just thought I would show you a picture of my 20 shot group using my .177 Cal TimmyTuned Pro Sport spring piston rifle. Its bedding in a treat. Range was 27 yards which is my preferred zeroing range. As you can see the groups dwarfed by the 5p piece. I have never made out I am a good shot and truly believe that this Pro Sport really is doing most of the work. ATB Phil
  6. Awesome skills wedge! Good to see another one of your videos. Keep it up pal. Phil
  7. What better way to spend the afternoon in the rain! Nice one. Phil
  8. Cheers Dark, Your lucky to have a warehouse to shoot in! Not alot of people get to do that! I would actually have a smile on my face going to work lol. Phil
  9. Hi dark, Tbh it's expensive for what it is. £17 a month. You can only shoot air rifles on mon, tues nights for 3 hours. Then Saturday or Sunday morning for about 4 hours. The rest of the nights its for people with air pistols, archery or rim fire boys. The indoor range only goes to 30 yards and can seat about 12 people all shooting at the same time, so if its busy which it has been of late you might have to wait. Then you have to factor in some Monday and Tuesday nights every month the air cadets come in and so the range is for them. They open up a small part for paying members but r
  10. Is the scope a hawke scope mate? If so they have a lifetime warranty, if the problem persists give them a call and they can fix it! Phil
  11. Just popping into the toilet, brb!
  12. Out of the box I would go tx200 every time but if I had enough for a tune, the 95 would just neck it. You would really need to shoulder both to make your own decision. Phil
  13. What good news that is. To be honest both HW's I've owned this past year I never got to fire out the box as they were purchased new from SFS already tuned. I did fire one at my local club last month that was newish and not tuned and it recoiled and rattled like a monster! The vibration was terrible but the guy who owned it was getting 5p sized groups at 30 yards so he obviously doesn't have a problem with it! Phil
  14. That sir is fantastic, lovely groups as well! I was going to do all those mods to my 95K SFS stage 1 tuned last year but sold the gun to fund my current rifle. As Si has already stated the 95 makes you work for your groups as it can be very hold sensitive due to the light weight, I also don't think the length of the barrel helps either! Phil
  15. Yeah I know mate! Even he said he hasn't told many people through fear of the back lash! My response to that was, "if its in your capability then why not"!
  16. Cheers guys, it was a good night of relaxed shooting after my initial outburst and swearing at my scope being on the pish and having to keep undoing the mounts to line it up properly ha ha. What was impressive was a member of the range who said he's ranked 8th in the country at standing unsupported shooting and said the groups we produced he could also achieve at 25 yards. Having previously seen his target cards I don't doubt him for a second. Said he's trained day in day out for 6 years to get to that standard! Just shows what dedication and a passion for the sport can achieve!
  17. More of the same, increasing pellets through same hole.
  18. An awesome night Si, The accuracy of both rifles were outstanding. Even the PCP warriors were looking over listening to us waffle on about our rifles being so accurate. The bonus of the night was gaining the permission and hitting those bottle tops at silly ranges. The night was brilliant and the company even better. Well played mate your videos dont do your shooting enough justice mate as to see it first hand is truly awesome and inspiring. I hope to god any competitions we enter we are paired as I dont fancy going up against you haha! just a few pics of the ones ive uploaded so f

  20. Fine shooting buddy! You can't argue with that accuracy! Your a natural! Phil
  21. Nicely done mate, you'll get used to it very quickly, you have certainly picked one of the best spring piston rifles out there. Phil
  22. Know what you mean porky, I have two boys of similar age and don't get out half as much as I like!
  23. Yeah scary creatures those bulls. The farmer at mine said if they charge me I'm to run at them waving my arms! Yeah right! That will be the end of Mawders for sure.
