I think i'd be staying at home, you'll be on Real Rescues by Monday Off topic but sea disaster related, chap was kayak fishing near the end of the pier here on Sunday evening, bagging up on mackerel and putting them in a net in the water to keep them fresh...he opened the dry compartment to get his phone out to ring home to say he'd be back soon, no sooner had he finished his call a seal grabbed the net and sent him flying over board, dragging his kayak some 20-30 yards from him before letting go. I've been having the windows wide open and the fan on full blast just in front of them so any cold air coming in gets blasted round the room....that's the theory anyway....but i've only been having 3/4 hours a night so it mustn't be working not so much sweating just fecking boiling! Tried to have a little lie in this morning, i was up at 2am, 4am, 5am, then didn't get back over feel like shite today plus i'm sunburnt lol but the cloud cover has arrived and so has a bit of a wind, it's beaut!!!

Hmmm. Thanks for the advice. I don't suppose I have much to worry about as I have a FAC, but I still don't want these people seeing spent convictions. It will be fine mate...i have spent and the place i volunteer at did an enhanced disclosure for me to work with kids, oaps, vulnerable people etc and it was absolutely fine. I know it's not ideal but if they ask be open and honest about it and you will go a long way

Why the hell do we need a warning when it's a bit hot? First of all it's the middle of fecking July!!! Second of all take on plenty of fluids, sun cream and shade and you will be fine. Sadly common sense is lacking and people go out without a drink, no cream on and sit on the beach all day then wonder why they have a massive headache, feel lethargic and are burnt to f**k. When they rock up at hospital they should be left to suffer and given a dig in the ribs for good measure the retards. -

My dad's best mate had a similar situation to Baw when we all went out to Turkey in about 2007 i think it was. Him and his now wife went for a meal on their own and the waiters were up to their usual flirting etc, you know just a bit of harmless fun. It was on tele here in England, i think it's quality. Everyone knows we like to poke fun at each other, it's a laugh and nothing malicious, "sweaty sock", "ginger c**ts", "ginger skirt wearing irn bru swigging jocks"...i'm sure the Scottish lads on here have lots of nice things to say in reply All light hearted fun and the word 'racism' needs taking out the dictionary, it's lost it's meaning clearly
