  1. Love watching a real craftsman at work Youtube is great for things like this, making sure the old skills are documented and not lost for future generations...
  2. Mate get yourself to the NASA space centre inn Florida it's absolutely amazing, for example an Apollo rocket laid on its side in sections within a hanger!, I seriously pissed off the missus as I was there for 8 hours and still wanted to stay longer I think there's one in Houston too... If I find myself in Texas again in the future I'll make the effort to get there. You definitely should, I can't begin to tell you how good it is, for example you stand in a room and they play a movie on a huge screen which takes you through the development of the space shuttle, anyway after about 15 mins t
  3. Sounds like the poor c**t on the chair had more than his eyes opened

    Pine Marten ???

Interesting you lads say they turn up in the odd town, they've always struck me as real secretive, deep woodland dwelling creatures. One animal I'd absolutely kill to see in the wild
  6. I couldnt agree with that dogs dont rationalise like people if a rough voiced hairy arsed c**t is all they know i dont think it matters if its a timid dog or not........i remember years ago i tried to get around a timid dog with no joy......so i sent the dog to stay at my softly spoken kind caring girlfriends place.....the dog couldnt stand her and even preferred me to her .....i think its more how you go about things than your physical presence.Maybe you're just softer than you think No I do see what you mean, if they've only had good experiences with their rough hairy arsed owner I guess

  8. I've been on my own and seen plenty of other solo adults, you'll be fine I prefer going without any kids, can take your time at the exhibits you're interested in without any moaning from the mrs or kids
  9. Choosing between a shy pup and a bold one comes down to the temperament of the owner, IMO. A big rough voiced hairy arsed c**t isn't going to gel well with a shy sensitive dog just as a quiet, shy owner won't gel as well with a bold, confident dog. Generally speaking of course
  10. All the big museums in London are well worth a visit. Natural history, British, Imperial War, Science A visit round all of those is something everyone should do at least once. Even more important if you've got littleuns

    West Ham

That's him. I seen him in that get up on his quad blasting down the lanes with his suicidal terrier hanging off the handle bars.
  12. No 6 man tent, camping chairs and fancy metal fire pit this time then? Seriously though that sounds a cracking time (sort of thing I'd love to do if I wasn't so soft ) I'll look forward to reading the thread
  13. Sure you know your dog and if he was actually a danger to your kids he'd be long gone Ignore the usual "if a dog even looks at my kid funny it's curtains" brigade
  14. What about if you think long and hard about what breed would best suit you as a pet and then choose the colour you like best? What's wrong with that? Honestly people get too hung up on not picking dogs based on colour, if all you want it for is a companion why not pick something that's easy on your eye? You're going to be sharing your life with it for the next ~10 years, best make sure you're happy with it
  15. Sounds a right wee character Reminds me off my old Ma's dog, horrible little prick but she wouldn't change him for the world (probably because its not her he likes to randomly launch himself at! )
  16. imagine a television series based on these boys .theyd make a fortuneBig Joe looks like a Neanderthal crossed with a Walrus.Dam [bANNED TEXT] gringey these videos are lol.......makes me laf how many times they say " n let me say one last ting " over and over again lol .....look like a piss up at a mental institute lol "piss up in a mental institute" I cant think of a more perfect way to describe it. 19. Does a pup the world of good to have a level headed older dog around to put them in their place from time to time
  20. Caught him with a tin of whiskas trying to lure Mr Tiddles out of my back yard so he could shoot him last night!
  21. Nothing wrong with cats loose round your property if they've a job to do, I've always had the odd cat round my property when I've lived in more rural areas. It's the fannys that turn them out into the street for no reason that need a shake
  22. Sausages, chips and nice mature cheddar all smothered in onion gravy between two real thick slices of bread. Sits like a stone in your stomach all day
  23. I care about my pets so I don't leave them to wander round unattended where they could be hit by cars, caught by dogs, get into fights with other cats, get caught by foxes or badgers and yes, get poisoned by mentalists. Why can't all cat owners do the same? If you're not even going to take basic steps to keep your pet safe you can't be too upset when something happens to it...
  24. Post no more and get that dog far away from the address they have
  25. No APBTs ever come merle , if they come that colour , they are not APBTs ,,,some mut has being added I've heard first hand from dogmen in America of the odd merle popping up in some litters never heard of one being allowed to grow on though. If it didn't pop up from time to time in APBT lines why would they bother to explicitly ban the colour in the standard? It pops up in some lines but it's undesirable because it shows a link to the general purpose farm bulldogs used as backcrosses in the early days of the breed. It doesn't make dogs expressing the merle gene any less pure though, ju
