i'm sure your right fella ive had many dealings with dogs injuries and very rarely go to the vets. but this time I decided the vet was necessary. I don't know why I did .I was concerned for the dogs health and felt I didn't have the experience to deal with this . probably due to the location. and how young the dog was and the fact he hadn't had any injuries known to me to cause it. still hopefully alls well that ends well cheers When in doubt, straight to the vet Good man Glad all turned out well, he'll be grand just in time for the season

Sorry I don't buy it. Who's going round marking houses to come back later to steal dogs? Why not take a pic on their phone or just remember where the house is? It's one of those stupid rumours put up on facebook to give all the housewives with nothing better to do something to get their knickers in a twist over.

Great stuff you could tell this cross wasn't going to be lacking in the brains department. Sounds like they turned out real versatile mutts, not suprising with the Collie blood I suppose. You or their owners had any thoughts of taking a litter off any of them? I bet one of the leggier ones would make some real useful types if put over a grew Look forward to seein the pics

give it a bash and I'm sure you will be glad you did, I used a couple for years and they done job well. Dropped after flushing if told, used one of them for long netting at night, ferreting, lamping and beating now and again, was always being pestered for pups off him as he was starting to get on in age, lined him to a terrier that also does more than job and litter are all doing really well, only wish id kept one.as was only small litter and I didnt wanna refuse anybody that wanted one, terrier is old as fook now and collie dead, so ill be looking for replacements soonremember a lad on here c

Pick the right Collie and I don't think you'll be disappointed Collies are hard to beat as general mooching partners, they'll turn their hand to anything.

And where did the black and tan come from in some terrier breeds. So do you think Rottweilers and Kerry Beagles are terrier crosses ? do you think the apbt are rottweiler x ? Not for one second nor do I think there's terrier in them. Why do you think Terrier was added to the end of the name if not because terrier blood was used? If the German word for terrier is Pincer then how did the Doberman Pincer get it's name ? Why is the Airedale classed as a terrier if it never went to ground ?
