    ive 3 I like. the 1st is sliced pigeon brest flash fried in a hot pan then a beef oxo n a little water in the pan reduce till thick then pour over buttery champ . feckin lovely. 2 is wild duck mallard or teal roasted over a bbq or campfire then ate as is nice aswell. 3 is greylag goose roasted in the oven wit an onion inside the cavity and potatoes carrots and parsnips around the sides of it roasting in the goose fat its lovely also. don't get me startedon my brown n seatrout fishcakes yum yum im having them the mara night
