    There's a place we go to and have caught the same fish over again not on the same day but on different occasions. Each have distinctive markings and are easily recognisable. Makes us wonder that there is not that many pike in that lake.

    I'm extremely sceptical about all this BIG CAT talk. Why is it the videos are always really far away which makes it debatable what type of animal your watching ? Why do they not take footprint casts or evidence of the footprints, as said ? Preban, why was there lads beating cover with hounds up and down the country, especially big woodlands/forests that cover a large area and not 1 person seeing a BIG CAT breaking from cover ???? Simple answer.. BULLSHIT

    Lol what a Basstard !! Have you tried doing a night shift on the water ? No mate it's too dangerous even in the daytime, chest waders are a necessity and it's dodgy aul ground, wouldn't fish it at night for a wish.

    No mate we wernt up that direction today. We tried another place that's producing high doubles though so far nothing 20+ but they're in there. We had the same outlook and feelings of a good fish being caught. Think we counted our chickens a bit early also, disappointing to say the least. Better luck nextime hopefully mate.

    Sat from 7 this morning in total 8 rods out using every method under the sun and not one take. Heavy wind in your face and belting rain but we sat like egits till near dark. It happens. My mate caught 9 last week at the same venue !!!! Makes ye wonder

    Did it ever occur to you that MAYBE it was a problem fox for a farmer and rather than killing it they were bagging it to release it somewhere far afield safe and well ???? Just a thought. Atb
