  1. Anyone argues with that would need there head looked at.
  2. There sure is great dogs both sides off the water, anyone from the mainland that I know off that has been over here with terriers notice a difference. maybe it's because we don't use a gun at the end off every dig ??
  3. That pics a belter, looks like a good dig
  4. Proper order and good luck with them.
  5. Usually the terriers a good hold anyway so it's just a case off scruffing it and lifting both out in one go.
  6. i would say your right but the thing is were do all his so called working dogs come from and it wouldn't be the first time one has came and stopped at his yard....thats defo
  7. Nice pups lad atb with them !
  8. Well its just a certain fellas name fits into the spaces u left !!!! Maybe that was just a coincidence ?????
  9. Thon looks like a right proper stink bag. Lol Edited to say I like the wee thumbs up!!
  10. dose that not burn the shit out of a dog Never liked peroxide, yes it will stop any infection. but even diluted, doubled down. After a day or two the area in question was clean though more noticeable as any hair around that area disappeared too.
  11. It's not rocket science !! Take him out in hand.
  12. Grow a pair off fine Brussels, deep down, I'll talk u threw it. Are u ready ???. Get a wee stick put it towards the bad boy !!!! Watch your fingers lol, when it grabs that then grab him.... By the scran.
  13. I agree that's why the standard of working terriers over here is higher as they are dug to on a regular basis on quarry that is very well educated. It's a better test and it's been proven.
  14. I wouldn't say release !!!! More like lifted from the dig carried to a good sized field and been giving a sporting chance then let a lurcher go. Most times they are caught and dispatched. Sometimes the do get away. Lurchers are bred for running and stamina and killing power. I've been out and seen lads throw foxs down at a lurchers feet, everyone's diffferent but if your into lurchers in a big way to know what you have in your yard, that's the real deal. As I said earlier it doesn't or wouldnt suit anyone doing it for a job. Which is fair enough.
  15. I agree with u on the terrier with his salt bit Alli as im not too keen on a lurcher drawing. I'd rather get hands on with a fox and give the dog a run after it. Jmo. As I know alot of lads that hunt foxs for keepers etc need them dispatched can't take the risk off the fox getting away with a lurcher after it, which is legal we're I'm from. Sometimes Lads dig behind the terrier a right bit on purpose so a draw dog can be used. That way draw dogs were tested for years and that's how the bull/wheaten xs in lurchers were used as they were proven for there gameness. Atb
  16. If you have two bitches in your yard that don't get along they should be kept apart at all times. Most dogs may In the odd occasion take a snap at one and other over a bone or something silly and forget about it. If you have two bitches that don't get along you will never be able to turn your back on them, EVER.
  17. I've seen the pictures of the way some rangers fans destroyed the toilets in park head after they lost the game, pulled ceilings down etc. No call for that carryon, it's a game of football some you win/lose either way it's a day out and everyone has the love for there club but to let your pride go after losing 1 game and resort to crap like that is pathetic. Good and bad in all football teams supporters yes I know. Just before anyone gets tickled with this....
  18. I've met a few lads off here I didn't know personnally before, they seem great genuine lads. Apart from that thl has helped me reconnect with lads I havnt seen in years and maybe wouldn't have remembered who they were because I was hunting from a very young age.
