    well if i was neil bacon i would of been be giving refunds and covering there vets bills has lurchers lost his to worms and a few others to parvo [some more than one dog ] has that would of been the decent and right thing to do but has he hasnt even offered that and i think his name now in tatters it could of atleast saved his name a bit of damage but its been handled badly by nb and i feel for lads and i hope he does the right thing for the lads concerned

    I think you could say this for all manner of types in both lurchers and purebreds desertbred? I will add though that I get sick to death of hearing people whose dogs live off the reputaion of one or more in it's lineage..yes its great to know your dogs are out of proven workers but its even better when your own hard work pays off and your own dog makes his mark in the field..it boils my piss to hear people saying their dogs are out of this and that or littermate to this when in reality their own dog has done fook all!!     So do you want to bet me then pal.this is where i might get my money back then,the lad who started the thead hasnt even been back on for any replys but i bought a pup off the same man and told you all what the problem was.so how can it be parvo and he has lost all his dogs and i have a old lakie dog 11yrs,the merle lurcher 4yrs,and 2 cocker pups 5mths all jabbed and lively as anything.i had a lurcher pup yrs ago what i bought in go though the same thing and look as if it was parvo (blood in its shit lose all its weight)and that was worms.thats how i new what it was and told the vet what it was

    honest post andy i think everyone has or will at some point own a stalker yapper jacker etc and is there such a thing has the perfect lurcher you can pick fault with any dog if you really wanted to its funny how so many hear about or see a certain cross exploits then rush out buy one without actually matching thinking what ground or quarry and how much graft they will get and what they will mostly meet and then they dont read the dog when its out or get over excited and over match the dog then the blame is with the dog without looking at themselves but has long a owner is happy with there
