    Just an idea but have you phoned around a couple of decent restraunts or hotels. If its the real mcoy.and you havnt spoiled it keeping it the shed,I would think it must be worth a punt . I dont drink but when i did I would of necked that with deep joy

    I think the origional idea might of been to safeguard the breeds ability to work as it became popular as a show dog. It sounds a good idea to ease the conscience of people who are really breeding for looks and conformation alone but whos standards begins by saying the breed in essencially a working one. Has I said recently to someone on here why would i ask a huntsman to give me a certificate if not to use for bragging or gain. His hounds dont have certificates do they?

    Neat for sore throats or smeared onto cuts etc or melt into food for general health..Do not dilute if using for anti septic. It doesnt have to be manuca either your local honey will be good too.

    Some of the whippets I saw coursing were small,but never the less brilliant. I saw the Moon lake cup run and afterwards Gary or Garrett Kelly who was judging it on horseback came by and said he had never witnessed better coursing anywhere..There were a few more four letter words in his sentence but what an endorsement to the ability of whippets from a man who has seen the best Greyhounds from around the world time and again to be so excited by the performance of the little uns.

    Ive seen Laguna Whippets coursing and racing. They were very strong,fast and game. I met Mrs Bond Gunning when I dispatched a hare for her that her dog had just caught to win yet another course at an organised meet in the Cotswolds.I found her to be a very modest person about the obvious abilities of her dogs that her mother was breeding before her. I remember her saying that she had stopped letting people have her dogs unless she had known them for at least a year or so because she was sick of seeing them being peddled in the C/Weekly. A mate of mine had a Laguna dog that had a far better

    I dont know Nick stephens or his dogs,but I do remember him coming on here and saying hed heard about this site and the thread about his dogs running at the time..I remember he asked why everyone hid behind user names. He then went on to ask what people wanted to know? Amazingly the thread died..Nobody wanted to speak to the real Nick Stephens or question him about his breeding..

    You are only just getting into it but already you are an expert!! sounds about right.. The best ratting for terriers imo is when they have to work a bit for them. I mean by marking a tube whilst you dig along it,showing you the right direction. Terriers have a chance to show off there brain with rats, numbers is technique and wind alone. Ive seen all types including Great Danes doing a good job of rats..Its not about competition.That has been made illegal along time ago. I read it has a positive article for hunting and has for bragging about the plummer, well we all think our own are the best
