  7. lad i know who is very into targetting large pike will always use carp,uses small ponds on golf course as stock ponds,nets them out up to 2ib used off a boat in large lakes not cast obviously,no stigma using carp amongst fellow specimen hunters as far as i know they all on it

I would love to stop shooting all the bunnys but my dog is not old enough yet! nothing wrong with shooting a few at night will get the dog running down beam for a retrieve,when he old enough and fit enough put the gun away,and send him down the beam
  10. had a dog years ago,whinged and whined at everything and nothing,after a few weeks i got a shock collar to try,made it worse,pet home all the way,imo there are some just never destined to be kennelled no matter what,try all the advice you can get good luck

  14. cheers lads,he was bought along with a decent enough busher and he seems keen enough to get in,plenty time in the field now with just my lurcher bitch tagging along,got to do it all himself now
  15. been waiting a while now and this lad came up springer/russell?? 6 month old,only got him last night but iv been out with it and the previous owner a few times so took him out this morning for an hour,coming along nicely for a youngster. cheers
  16. always hear plenty springer and cocker x types for bushing anyone use welsh springers in the mix,knowing nothing of them is there much comparison to the way they work cheers
