if you dressed up as a medieval type and went hare coursing could you argue that your re enacting a scene from everyday medieval life and that you didnt think your dog would catch a hare and that your actually a vegetarian?

get a thick nail ,cut the head off put it in a drill ,preferably a drill press,centre dot the work then drill and drill till you get bored ,the area you want to drill will get very hot but realitively locally this will hopefully soften the metal to some degree without later heat treating the whole blade.sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.some one handy with a plasma cutter could pierce a very small hole.

ive always wanted to try pattern welding but dont have the patience,youve done well to make a gas forge that can reach fire welding heat.real neat work

there hard steel on the inside because of hydrocarbons in the gas slowly case hardening the steel , over the course of a few years

wonderfull place ,whatever you want you can get it there .works never a problem jump on a tube or bus and the opportunitys are endless.i left london 20 years ago for a better life and ive recently started to regret it. you can take the boy out of the city but you cant take the city out of the boy

i know a chap who makes them,he does well at the posh garden shows,offers all sorts of optional extras like solar panels ,woodburners hand rails sinks ect
