Went out today on some genuine pemission me, rm2508 and our mate steady eddie with the whippet x beddie and the ripped welly Somebody called the almighty plod....and to be fair they were sound We named who we had permission off...and they agreed they was the name they had for the land... And went on their way...tip toeing over the mud Nets up the rest of the holes, last ones of the day....farmer come out the back of his house.... Says we dont have permission..."aye we do" 'Well she doesnt own the land, my good mate owns it and i havent been able to get in touch wit

7 people turned up...one locked out and missed it. Ideas are there...just need to get it up and running... Could turn out to be good... Think the names being tweaked to incorporate more activities LOTHIANS WORKING DOG AND FIELDSPORTS ASSOCIATION / CLUB All aspect of fieldsports are welcome Shooters, ferreters, gundogs, terriers, lurchers, hawkers etc. And importantly...anybody interested in the lure coursing / whippet...lurcher racing....for fun Ideas were put forward for A fortnightly or monthly meeting for running the lure (straight and turns)...for AL -

Basically on permission, plod comes, are fine once explained, (someone had phoned) they disappear and some other boy comes saying that this is someone else's land and we were ruining his shoot...... He was talking shite

John cuts them out, routers the edges, adds bandgrooves with a dremmel and sprays them in polyeurathene. So is this not as good as gk johns? Tell me why an un even natural fork, or a hand filed design is better than on of gk johns? Because you made it, from start to finish with your personal touch Not mass produced.

The tracks good And the lads seem a good bunch.... But it was a pretty short day?...think the first run was around 12 ish....and was done and dusted for 1.45. Was plenty left in the tank from my dogs...as im sure was others. Just could have done with being a little longer....and a quicker turn around. Good day all the same

Rescue kennels are full of staffordshire bull terriers Really sad state..... Ones ive met have been lovely dogs.... Seems they have been a victims of their appealing "ard' looks...

Am i missing something here.... Your there using your fieldcraft.....using the wind....the fencelines and the contours of the ground....getting you and your dog ever so closer to your target..... You loosen the slip as your dogs ears prick up at the twitching target....palms sweaty.... AND YOUR MATE FLICKS HIS LAMP ONTO STROBE AND LIGHTS THE PLACE UP LIKE A FECKING RAVE!

I seen a tapered one of those? I looked closely last time i seen it up....how the fcuk With no break in the leather...so it cant be 'braided'....can it? Only way i can think...is to just cut it like that...and engrave the leather to look like that? I likethe tapered one

Where can you get leather making kits from? Ive had a quick look, and found lots of leather kits for sale.... But theyre all so fecking different... Thick, thin leather.... types of leather...stitching materials.... hardware.... Havent a clue Dont know if im going to get one or not.... Im just pricing it up... Would be for a collar or 2 for my own dogs.... Links please?

Why would you go for mass produced catapult like gamekeeper johns? Theres loads of catty makers out there who sell good ones....far better than i do.... Get yourself some decent wood or marine ply....draw a shape on you like, cut it out, sand it and put elastic of your choice on. Just as good as gk johns, if not better Even better, get yourself into the woods and find a nice natural fork ( Y )... Hes knocking them out at 100's a day....

What would people who wasnt in the 'know' do for a decent pup then? If folk are keeping a couple and culling the rest They would go to the peddlars, learn off the worst people possible and take on their ethos while being swindled out of cash.... Because they wont know any different... Whereas if somebody took 5minutes to help them out, sorted them out a pup and gave them a bit of advice.... They would see a different side to the game....and be better for it
