    Few people over west lothian with working dog whether its gundogs, terriers or lurchers..... Theres a couple i know turning out....so hopefully have a good fiest meeting..... Early days yet....but hopefully will get something sorted for the summer and next season.

    Headed out with rm2508 this morning and my wee boy (3 years)....had promised him an outing alk week and with the season coming to an early end we went out in the snow. Met ross at 11am and headed to some local permission ... Ferret was entered by my son and then he buggered off for a cuppa....out of ross' flask We waited....and waited...and waited some more.....got a mark at a few feet and began to dig with no luck whatsoever due to tree roots and awkward bushes.     Fcuk all that baldy. Take ferrets, nets, locator and a dog Went lamping one night with the dogs and a lamp....sleeping bag in the back of the van to stay over in a lay by..... Was a good idea at 8pm..... But at 2am....soaking wet....knee deep in cow shiit..... And realising the wet dogs had lay all over our sleeping bags ....     Ive got far too many catapults at the minute. Some just dont get shot. Infact most dont.... So ive got some i made up for swap. Few banded with different bands....and the double banded shooter i made...and maybe even invented Now these arent top of the range.....but shoot and shoot well. The black ones are MDF which i like as its durable and wont splinter. The others are hardwood or multiplex. The far left is a nice chunky catty with hand and finger grooves.
