    Diesel Particulate Filter, more bloody hassle for mechanics to sort out, if you only do short runs or low speeds stay away from any car or truck fitted with one, the bills for replacing them will far out weigh the fuel savings

    nothing new with that problem, they try to cram as many spaces as possible in to maximise the number of customers, my answer is to use the truck, it may be bigger than most cars but there are that many dents in it everybody gives it a wide berth, and if there are no spaces left I can use the flower beds

    first pcp I had was only kicking out 6ftps, did all I needed once I learnt how to use it, then I got a combro and got paranoid about power, little bit wiser now and am more concerned about pellets and consistency, still costs too much money to test tho, lead is getting expensive

    don`t get too hung over power, accuracy counts for more, all my guns are set up for as close to 10.5 as I can get them and that does all that I need, as to checking your gun out join the AAOC, there is bound to be someone local to you who would help out

    ford maverick is a rebadged Nissan, as for repairs you may struggle, the metal pipes are aluminium so brazing is not an option, maybe if the ends are not too complicated a local plant hydraulics firm could make up a flexible section failing that try googling autoclimate

    no business interests whatsoever in either of the shows, strictly a visitor, as I see it , the lack of stalls and visitors this year is probably down to the change in date and venue, in the past this has been held in august, as to the costs as you have arranged meets yourself maybe you could give us some idea about staffing costs and public liability insurance, toilets, waste disposal etc

    so what the f**k do you want from a show, this has only been going for about 4 years and they are still learning, I went to the basc show in bodelwyddan and compared to bala that was a shower of shit, rather than just moaning non stop about cost/dogs not prime subjects/burgers too expensive/not enough ferrets why not put your own show on and find out what it takes to put these things on, I`m f***ing pissed off at all the negative posts that crop up after every event, if your not happy, stay away

    what are you trying to do, reset service indicators or clock cars, one is available from autodata and the other can lead to a holiday with HMP

    the black cabs will have the td27 terrano engines in them, several pick ups have also had them

    the d22 is the one with the crap bearings, if you have one with the standard motor still running (unlikely I know) whip the motor out and fit bearings and ARP bolts from milner 4x4 and change the oil every 5k, the d40`s are starting to suffer from electrical faults, mainly the main connector in the drivers footwell, and if you`ve got one, wax the chassis, they rust badly

    if your not using them in a machine shop where accuracy and dead measurement is crucial, and I think with reloading it isn't, a cheap one is ok, after all most of your work will be only making sure that your rounds are consistant, I can`t see 5thou here or there making much of a difference and the cheap callipers are well up to working to a higher tolerance than that, just stock up on batteries as the cheapo I use eats them
