    There is a mention in sheardowns book about someone on the isle of axholme but they were flatcoated retriever cross greyhounds he had several.

    No issues with my mother in law in her 80s salt of the earth a heart of gold never had a crossed word. Father in law passed on 18 years ago never had a crossed word with him a quiet bloke raced greyhounds liked a bet lovely man.

    Ran the local flapping tracks. A one for the pot dog and roamed the streets like most dogs in the 70s.

    Someone i know works beardys to sheep and cattle and when ive looked at his various peds there has been quite a few border collies in there.

    No stalking with mine. The worst one i watched was a 3/4 collie 1/4 grey x whippet.

    Ive seen the very odd litter advertised since the 80s other than Hancock.i had one from him in 1989 a first cross not weird in the slightest a bombproof temperament who was a pleasure to own.
