Popular with the old lads round here when i first went out in the early 80s they had them for decades. Watched a few go the odd one from the welsh fella carl williams. Good on rabbits night/day and could knock over a hare or two.Like lock on missiles.

Rip Jim. i remember the old programme its a dogs life with mr lloyd and speckle and jim and his pointer. Probably still have it on vhs somewhere.Time passes too quickly.

i went to the waterloo cup for over 20 years loved watching the greyhounds exciting to watch but ive watched many blow up and reduced to near walking pace.

There are some people today carrying on with their own border/bedlington hybrids 1/2 cross 5/8 cross and 3/4 cross.

ive seen a few my good friend had one in the 80s. Never been to the fens but local on big open fields they did ok. Also seen a few put a shift in on the lamp.
