Just gone back into lurchers so my team Is untested Caine pup, he will be 12mths in feb so I will only be doing a little bit with him Collie whippet 17tts And not forgetting the stinker

Its easy to get caught up at shows looking at pretty lurchers and whippets and I think people get caught up in it, sure I wouldnt mind entering my pup in races when hes older, its a bit of fun, but plastic bags at end of day wont fill the freezer, neither will rossettes.

haha.that would suit them even better,no one to compete with,so they can collect a big cabinet of silver ware ,they like to name drop alot,ed reid this,ed reid that, because there no-bodies theyed be better of with two border collies,they no sh#t all about any type of heavy dogs. Leave collies out of it, by sounds of it they'd be better off with poodles etc -
It's not a competition (that you can win anyway ) I like the countryside, freedom to live how I want (maybe less hunting rights but compared to other countries, pretty tidy) fish and chips in every village and the fact we are a speck on the map that has produced some of the finest human beings the world has seen. There is a lot to be proud of in the UK, it just gets overshadowed too often. Only bit I can agree on is the fish and chips, its an hours drive to get decent fish and chips here, and 4hrs drive to lettershandoney derry for the best fish & chips in ireland
