Thats really nice, id be interested but it would be a bit of a piss take to expect anyone to post it overseas at their own expense, is he sure he doesnt want anything for them as that is incredibly generous offer
I hope this topic will make people look into the mouths of kits or any ferret they intend to buy to make sure this painfull practise has not been inflicted on the ferret, I will never buy one again with its teeth snipped.
I would not give my money to such a bad breeder.
should have took it back to the bloke and then snipped his fecking teeth out , what a barbaric act i actually thought the act of snipping teeth was just a old country tale i never thought some moron would actually do it.
I bought her at a fair so I couldnt return her unfortunately
Bought a silver jill on impulse few years back, after getting her home I discovered her teeth were snipped, she didnt work so I ended up rehomeing her to a pet home
IF despite all efforts this ridiculous bill goes through how do these "authorised officers" get appointed? Do they submit an application and get appointed via the courts? If so would it be possible to contest the appointment of biased "anti" officers?
As another idea would it be worthwhile looking into getting countryside alliance ireland/working terrier club members etc to apply to become officers? Balance things out a little?
My girl comes out every morning to have a mooch around the garden with the dogs, she enjoys exploring the disused rat holes under the shed and under the turf pile, she comes out some evenings when I have time.
