    Big thing here now the low and slow smoking/bbq. We made them out of old metal diesel barrels, cut long ways in half and hinged one side, vents on it, stainless steel grill racks.. you could fill the bottom with coal or wood and once the flame died down close the lid to smoke/bbq There's some great ones out there now, expensive but properly made . Kanny and Borr off here use them all the time. I live in part of England (devon) that is famous for scones with cream and jam...certainly wouldn't have them with gravy! Lol

    What do you bbq over? Coals, wood? I agree bbq over a gas grill is not a bbq, but surely cooking over any natural flame, either wood or coals is bbq...

    No I realise that mate, have seen some great shots beside the boat of fish though. Not knocking anything, just would be great to see the full size/length of the fish... may have a little accident on our little boat this year...lol

    We are in Rome mate, so watched it at the Stadio Olympico... Lazio and Romas home ground.. the Milan fans didn't half make some racket though... Enjoyed the game and and the atmosphere, Luis Alberto looked a good player for Lazio, ex Liverpool I think, Giroud was decent (you can see he knows the game inside out) and Leao, the young Portuguese winger was always dangerous...

    Enjoyed that!! Milan won 1-0 great atmosphere, Lazio had 3 sent off...got nice and feisty at the end...proper! Lol

    I'm just going through a job in Plymouth and the engineer has suggested ground screws to hold the balcony structure steel posts down, meeting on Wednesday on site to look at using ground screws for whole structure, built up ground over solid rock, steep gradient down a valley... if you come this way you're welcome to price it mate once I have engineers details.. Not much help on Paington ground, but maybe another job in Devon! Lol
