  1. The "permits" are one issue, but i would be far more concerned about a "LOADED" rifle in a truck while stalking deer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The agent sound's like he hasnt got a clue as regard's safety or stalking in my opinion!!!!
  2. If your talking about wayne"R" ,then the man is not fit to keep a pet dog, let alone hound's!!!!!!
  3. The Golden Valley foxhounds show is on sunday, near Hay-on-wye,good show last year, classes for terriers, lurchers and hounds. Have you got an adress for this show please mate Not sure of the postcode but it is just out of hay on why towards clyro ( brecon to hereford road)

  5. I had the same situation a few year's back and the police were in attendance,i explained my concerns to them and they reassured me that there would be no come-back on me!! Because of this situation i have now got a "humane distruction of deer" added to my cert for my .22 and.32 pistols,i get called out maybee 8-10 times a year to road accidents involving deer! You did exactly what any decent human being would of done!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. I dont want to stir up a "hornet's nest" on here but i agree with F.T.B, if you are an experienced/proffesional stalker, your rifle is zeroed correctly, and you are capable of the shot then head or neck shot's are fine,if someone isnt happy or confident to do that then heart/lung is the one for them! if you use feildcraft and stalk to your beast properly you should be able to place your bullet exactly where you want it,therefore being as humane as poss!
