Aye If you feed meat then give veg/fruit etc as well, they love it. I also find that the dry food makes for a cleaner run. less messy shits. ATB

Hi I know this will sound strange,, but I have never liked 22 cal pcp rifles, always seem to hit soft compared to 22 cal springers.(no it makes no sense to me either just my perception) All my springers were 22 and I preferred that but it would have to be 177 in pcp for me like Wierd I know,, but thats just me. ATB

Aye Out the other night on a new place with my lad and his saluki x (Rollo) Place was mostly grassland for horses witha couple of fields nearby. The bunnies here had never seen a lamp before and it showed! ,easily some of the best runs I`ve seen with the dog working hard to get results, 6 out of 10 was a great result ,and really, some of the runs were superb, brilliant chases, one "superrabbit" totally out sprinted the dog,, it was like watching a hare on speed! Crap pic but there you go ! be back to that place again after it gets to settle down a bit

Grapes and cheese!! Ferrets will eat just about anything I feed dry food, rabbits ,pidgeons, squirrel,,fish ,fruit, veg, you name it they get to try it Anything I`ll eat ,they can get! and yes I eat squirrel !

Hi there Have a look in the for sale. Theres a couple in there just now including a goldstar, which is a nice rifle Theres plenty of half decent second hand rifles about, Tx200 ,eclipse ,lightning etc both on here and on guntrader etc There even a couple of falcons in there just now Regards budget makes, SMK ,hatsan norica etc my advise is avoid them like the plague, every one I`ve come across is a pile of crap, that includes ALL smk`s cheap nasty rubbish. I know some folk like them but thats because they enjoy the challenge of improving them. Stick with a decent name second hand

Awrite I use both ,but mostly jills cause I have 4 and only one hob. When my hobs get the snip I tend to be wary about working them due to there value but they still get out,,just NEVER without a collar. What I have found though ,is if the hobs working ,I need the spade!! ATB Cut and pasted from the other thread.

I do a lot off public land I have permission from the council for certain places but find that no one (not even the cops ) bothers about lifting a few bunnies from public areas The trick is not to upset the public ! ATB

Thanks To be honest,,if you make sure the bottles drained,,it`s all just O rings and screws really,, bit of molykote and some gun grease. Not for everyone though,, you still have to fill i t back up to 200 bar after you have worked on it so you do have to be confident, ATB

Yup They were nice and fat as well! Hard day oot though! Went to a small garden first to sort out some rabbits but the main area they are in was stinking of fox, all around the holes was reeking so decided to come back and lamp it instead, Went off to the second site and took a nice half dozen but worked a lot of holes to get them. My ankle was on fire on the last set as they were on a 50 deg hill ! torture! Wee roxy is coming on and has a fair clue whats what now. Noticed her starting to mark as well . Hello children! The airranger leaked like a bugger when I went to fill it the other day, so after call to daystate and 6 quid lighter for a seal set ,I set about the thing tonight. Turned out it was the smaller of the 2 seals in the main valve. Replaced the bottle seal and the transfer port seals as well as the breach seal and bobs yer auntie. £6 ,,result, sitting at 150 bar over night for a soak test. The gun was running 10.5 Ft/lb so sorted that out as well up to 11.2 at the mo. no need for much more whilst non fac but I am happier with the small tweak into the 11`s Polishe
