    ok Have had tried for a while and got nowhere. The new setup is appalling. This may well be the last that I ever use The Hunting Life. I really cant get on with the new layout. I hope you all enjoy the forum , but if it doesn`t work for me I have no patience for making it work. Bye Y`all.     Because unless you caught it in the wild, it`s a ferret. A domesticated mustelid. The minute you breed it with a ferret, the offspring are ferrets. And as for a ferret that is wild and a biter, ,,, why ? what good is it ? and why would you breed from it ?

    It doesn`t help red blood cells it just increases your count, allowing transfer of oxygen easier and allowing quicker recovery and more training. Don`t do it, you end up with blood like strawberry jam that your heart can`t pump round cause it`s too thick. Google it and check it`s links to early death through night time heart failure.

    Mibbe not Bob These dogs are working above and below. They`ve been used alonside lurchers, so should make a handy wee sidekick. Am tempted top try blood line tracking mind, Should be handy with the stalking.

    I have an above ground pond out front and the fish have been fine for years in it. Proper hard winter 2 years ago likes. Should be fine in a barrel pond.

    The Sire is Polish but with lost papers. Not interested in papers one little bit, it doesn`t make the dog work harder. CD lines ? not sure what they are bud. As for cost. Dearest dog I`ve bought, but the figure is between me and the seller . sorry.

    Got the Pm Bob cheers. Picked a working Teckel today, The Mrs loved it. Both parents seen and both working above and below ground alongside lurchers so good all round stock. Get him in 3 weeks. Called him Luger ! lol,, cause I wasn`t allowed to call him Adolf.

    Have settled on a Teckel I think. She is still looking at Russell x Chihuahua ! ffs.

    Awrite folks. Will be looking for a terrier as a general companion / housedog. It will see some work alongside the lurcher most likely so Russell / Lakey / Border etc are all contenders. although it`s mainly Mrs Rakes dug, so terrier crossed with fluffy floorwipers are contenders as well.     Probably pretty good, as most Nissans are, but an older L200 should come in at much cheapness as well bud. Better tool for the job IMO
