    i know a bloke who has a lakie dog with an awful shot mouth and its been used for stud loads of time and hasn t thrown a pup yet with an undershot mouth , undershot mouths are usally a result of inbreeding to tight its known to jump generations and will come out in a pup somewhere down the line buit if the dogs a good worker i would let it put you off breeding it but be prepared to cull hard if need be

    the problem lies with the fact that they have allready said they will give up royal acent and there charity status if the govt grant them powers and iam afraid this will happen as it will be decided its in the public interest and seen as a cost saving

    FD your spot on in your thinking , alot is to do with respect and iam afraid thats a dieing art , the days of the NS era when you were told what dog was what and what dog to use over it are gone 20 years ago there was alot more respect about for people who bred good terriers nowdays there branded peddlars even though they may only breed a litter every couple of years and IMO the like s of thl moochers etc don t help, the working dog was better off before the internet came along , JMHO tops

    brian put some sugar in her water and feed her yogurt [probiotic] and scrambled egg if shes not drinking put the sugar water in a squeeze bottle and squirt it down her neck but you must keep her hydrated if she gets any worse get her up to see mike shepard hes a good old fashion vet and wont cost you the earth

    dug to an old morris marina once there was a nice pile of bedding on the back seat , also found a metal detector 4 foot down a hole once how it got there god knows

    depends on your infection as paulus said metacam is an anti inflam , wash your infection out with salty water and apply something like savalon or germolene it wouldnt hurt to wash it out with a dettol solution but if its a bad infection you going to need antibiotics , exactly what is the infection some pic s would help us advise yoou

    as the sayin goes if you want to go across the desserts buy a landrover but if you want to get back again buy a landdcruiser you have to be very desperate to run around in a landrover no room un reliable uncomfortable bits of junk

    whip 99 where were you when rob and the rest called in the castle comfort as the pack were on the ranges, i did offer rob a decent dog if he got a dig but after a few pints the quad convoy headed of to the piggorys and we had a few more pints
