  1. Not my biggest fear but drowning has to be a thing I fear it must be an awful way to meet your maker
  2. Being rolled up in a rug with my arms at my side. Dunno why think it is the helplessness, the nearest I come to it so far is MRI scanner, gives me the jitters thinking about it lol
  3. i have no issue with you bobby, i respect the fact you are sticking up for the lad, i also commend frog for his dedication to drive so far and literally go to ground himself not many would. you yourself bobby- if you had posted initially i believe things would have happened differently. jmo but as said above by wirral the lad did nothing to help himself on here. this is not a question of who the better terrierman by no stretch of the imagination...we have all lost dogs we all get annoyed and upset by it. my point as i believe others to be is that the lad made it seem very fabricated by his la
  4. As said above i work my dogs with lads i trust and that follow the right protocol....you fit into neither of these categories so therefore my terrier will never be entered near yours nor will it be within an inch of your shovel. Good luck with your future hunting Atb
  5. Done plenty fella. My dogs always been to ground in an appropriate place entered with locators come out or dug out alive not left to die and I don't sit on a forum wining my balls off whilst someone else is doing the graft. As for pm the lad I choose to dig with men that know which end of a shovel does the business and wouldn't walk away from their dog dead or alive. Now you wind your neck in sweetheart ATB
  6. The welfare of the dogs is paramount as you well know, you have quickly and accurately informed us of the situation, the lads were not for answering questions asked or accepting advise....noone requested pictures, specific locations just more information to fathem weather this was a genuine situation or a wind up. if the lads had have been as clear as you are being now and come across as the dogs welfare being the priority then it would not have turned into the shambles it has. so who is at fault us as regular members being partially informed or them for not making things clear?
  7. I contacted someone the other day bout a saluki x and all i got was him. "you interested" me. "yeah" him." to buy or to look" me. "to look with a view to buy" him. "well erm cant come ere" me. "ok where" him." away from here" me. "ok.....ill call you back" needless to say i didnt lol
  8. u up 4 going up to help find tha terrier then sorry frog which one are you again frog or dig deeper
  9. correct steve This has always been about the welfare of the dogs, that why i am so infuriated they turn down local help from good guys with knowledge and experience, then say well one out of two aint bad...aaaarrrrgghhhh :angry2: :angry2: i paid 300 pound recently to try keep a dog alive that in the end died, the dog is your friend youre tool your family look after the fkin things or dont have em ffs
  10. idont buy it whippet i think its some fabricated shite to look big on ere. you read the post from start to finish and tell me it makes sense. im no terrier lad but i know shite when i smell it
  11. there are two new members both the only ones aware of the situation, both recently asked for terriers in previous posts it fkin stinks ffs as tuffty said this will have a knock on effect on those who genuinly need it....as i said before another member on here, most know him so i dont need to name him grafted his balls off through rock day and night until he located the dog he was looking for. he never made some big post about he he did what a genuine terrier lurcher fk it dog owner would do and worked for the dog as the dog would for him.... as tuffty said ecotistical, lads it wont get you bro
  12. No where is too far mate when i believe it to be true
  13. do you know any utilities guys? you could rod the pipes and cat and genny the area to get a definitive map of the tunnel network then systematically camera them all,a long job but if you got a camera there you are halfway there
  14. so its below the ballast the shoulder the sub ballast and the sub-grade blanket, how far in because digging down will be harder than digging across, below the 3 man-made levels is the subsoil natural base this is the easy dig depending on the embankment and the type of rail, usually the easier point of entry is marked by 1. other mammal digs and 2. foliage.
