    i see what people are saying about the lurcher stickers being an obvious target for dog thieves but "keep hunting" and "scrap the act" imo should be on every hunters car window. if the big lurcher lads of thl are afraid to promote the sport we so passionately support what future is there for us? grow a pair of bollocks and have some pride and dont be ashamed of what we do. I have keep hunting stickers in welsh and english on my car and never had a problem (touch wood).

    i went for the chip in the end, different settings on it means i can change it to suit my needs. at the moment it must be on a power setting because the difference in power is unreal. and on the plus side the change in fuel economy is un-noticeable even with all the extra power.

    I wasn't asking for approval. I stated that I was going lamping tonight. I care not if someone says I shouldn't. I was just asking for general opinions and how "against it" people are. i dont see a problem with it. rabbits are pests no matter what time of the year. on the other hand you will get some people on here that will bite your head off at even mentioning lamping during the summer.

    last thing at night. they go the night with a full belly to keep them quiet until morning then. unless im going lamping they will be fed as soon as their back.

    if your hunting some land where there is cattle and you set your dog to chase them on and the farmer sees it I doubt you will have permission there much longer. especially if they are in-calf because it can lead them to aborting and shit will hit the fan then

    rabbits are breeding almost all year round these days. if you waited for them to stop breeding you would never be out. as for larger stuff, if the job needs doing and their doing damage they must go whatever time of year it is.
