    my girl friend went on work experience with a vet a couple months ago. anyway on her first day she was shown into the operating room where they were operating and the silly bint fainted there and then she came to a decision that vetinary wasnt for her.

    imo its down to us. if we let the media, the antis and everybody else get to us then its a battle we cant win. it might sound gay but with a bit of passion for the sport and some determination the only people stoping you from going out with the dogs is yourself. i know im never going to stop working dogs, and when i have kids i will introduce them to hunting just like my father did to me! nobody has the right to stop us doing what we do.

    it said in the programme there are 58 characteristics when identifying a pitbull type dog. i have been looking all over the internet for these and cant find them. if the law cant clearly state what is and what is not illegal what hope is there?

    ffs call me sad or whatever but just reading through that site makes my p**s boil! how are we meant to compete with this? : Hunting with dogs is illegal. Coursing is an illegal activity. I'm not sure if the law takes into account ratting ( I think terrier types are allowed to "rat" in a controlled environment like a barn or building.) but coursing (ie, rabbits, foxes and small deer) is totally illegal. Rabbits have to be controlled by poison, traps or shooting. Same goes for foxes. The poison/trap also has to pass strict legislation. obviously these aren't "pretty" methods of control, a

RSPCA are a charity, nothing more. they wear uniform and give each other special ranking to make them look big and important. unless they have plod with them they have hae as much power as me, you and any other member of the public. to raid your house and take your dogs like that they would need the police and also would have needed evidence to back up their reasons to raid you, so i rekon there is something your not telling us?
