Shortening 22rf barrel - enough twists?

reducing the length of the barrel has no affect on the twist rate, if the rifling turns the bullet at a rate of 1 turn in 15 inches it will still turn at that rate whether the barrel is 20 inches long or 12 inches long -

there can be down sides, whilst breeding that close can and will fix good traits such as temperament, confirmation and drive it can also fix bad traits, if you do go down that route keep all the pups (either yourself or trusted friends), cull the shite and when it comes time to breed one of the progeny of the brother/sister mating make sure it is a total outcross.

ffs mate he's not going to go on a shooting spree wi the purdeys............ wonder if he was thinking of double gunning might be difficult getting a loader for mass murder £50 quid a day the going rate i would say. Could be a job for when the season finishes. I dont fall back on the law, but the law is there and supposed to be followed. Ive stepped the wrong side of the law and paid the price for it. But i freely admit, that what i did i shouldnt have done. But at least im man enough to admit i was wrong. Now i dont agree with all the laws, but i do agree with my own morals on things. you say people are being waterboarded as we speak ....yes i dont doubt that for a second.....but doesnt mean i agree with it. im an individual same as you same as everyone else on here, ive done what ive done, ive been where ive been, and ive seen what ive seen. it comes as no surprise that reporters focus on a crime committed by a licensed firearm they have an agenda that involves the removal of all firearms from public ownership and if they can label us all as "gun nuts" then so much the better, funny though isn't it that the police are running an operation at the moment to try and stop black on black shootings yet that has been poorly covered by the news there are killings every week by guns that have been removed from legal ownership but those crimes never make the papers or tv because it is an embarrassment to the plod.

And now the reality check I wouldn't bother looking mate the keepering job is f****d all ends up you will waste a lot of time and energy looking for something that in all honesty you have no chance of getting and will you honestly hack the job if you get it colleges are turning out lads at a silly rate and there aint no real jobs for them so with no experience, no funds for college and no contacts what chance do you really stand, if you ask around mate for every employed keeper there are 20 lads as claim to "have done a bit of the keepering" if it where easy to get into a good job and hold it

im a keeper. work all he hours, 7 days a week for nothing BUT, get to work the dogs when i want, shoot when i want and get no hassle fron work mates so love it(most of the time!) Same as mate

Thats a bit of an arseit argument is it not? Driving and drinking are rights not privelages. Gun ownership in this country, and rightly so, is a privellage not a right. Too many c**ts think they should have one, even with a rape and a serious assault on their record and when they dont get one they appeal. Any small hint of illegal activity, irresponsibility, health conditions (particularly mental health), inexperience or lack of need and you should not be granted a certificate and if you already have it should be revoked. Loading for the boss today got a 3 hour drive to get there so away soon will be back on here late tonight,it is a bloody long way for lab to come it must be about 450-500 miles but if memory serves he threw down the gauntlet so tough LOL :D the 9th would work well for me catch you later
