  1. make sure you buy the best lenses you can afford,also try to get an SLR type of camera whether digital or 35 mm, not been up to date with the brands of cameras lately,but an slr is the sort of camera you want, Higgins

Chilly go on ebay and find the cheapest 20 watt panel you can afford,make sure it's a monocrystalline type,not amorphous or polycrystalline as they are not too efficient,the battery you get should be a leisure battery type as in caravans and any low wattage led or caravan type lighting and you should be right with that setup,any detailed info you require on this subject give me a pm and i will advise you, Higgins thanks higs will check that out now expect a pm lol no probs pal,to give some idea of solar power,i had an watt panel and a couple of leisure batteries that gave me rough

  15. car batteries are no good,but if they are spare i'd use them,a leisure battery is the best type as they are designed for many discharging /charging cycles,also get the highest amp rating you can afford,the reason for this is so you never run the battery down to more than half of it's capacity and therefore will aid in recharging and prolong battery life, Higgins
  16. if you can get a solar panel about 10-20 watts it will keep your battery topped up,everything will be self contained in summer you could use a small 12 volt fan to keep hutch cool in very hot weather,or a heat mat as used in reptile tanks in winter, Higgins.

  18. my kids would not enjoy that at all im afraid mate.they would rather go somewhere they could be out in the wild around a fire or on horseback or having an adventure.there are lads on here that have met them many times and will tell you the same.cheers for the idea though,mouse.   19. i'd like to offer suggestions of places to go,but i think the first thing you should do is discuss this with your family and find out what they would like to do,possibly that might solve the problem for you.It's important to include everybody and all plan for the same trip,just add the highlights each member needs on the trip,sorry your losing your job and hope your holiday is one to remember,make it the best one,atb, Higgins

  21. you need to register an account with Photobucket(it's free) upload your pics there,when your ready to insert pic in your post go to the photo in your photobucket account and click on the IMG Code,this should copy your pic,then go to your post and insert it between the URL Brackets or you use the link icon in your editor, Higgins
