    It's not really the done thing these days since the hunting ban maybe Turk didn't know , and not the thing to be posting on an open forum where all kinds of the enemy can read and use as amunition against the majority who enjoy there fieldsports , probs why has been removed mate , but saying that there's posts on the running dog section at the mo lads biging up there pups and debating wether or not it would smash old Charlie up blowing smoke up there own arses and these posts haven't been removed ??????????????? ?????? ????

    Yep cant wait to get back the cover is a pain but the heats the one it just doesn't feel right and not much fun iether for me unless I'm all rapped up warm as toast with a good chill in the air ' but hay ho you can't wait shorts cos of the cover sods law you wear jeans it's baking no cover , you wear shorts it's freezing cold no cover But will be good to get going there's some nice sized rabbits about no tiddelers . Could be a good season I hopes , I wonder if there's ferreting gods like there are cricket gods ,?????

    Right oh then.. They get very little nutritional value from fur & feather but they eat it. Every time I've ever put a whole prey item in with my ferrets they've eaten the fecking lot, guts, beaks, fur, feather, the fecking lot. Hold on, one minute you are arguing guts contain all the trace elements a ferret needs, if not chuck in a handful of peas, now you're arguing your ferrets eat whole prey? My ferrets and my hybrids eat whole prey too. What is your point? there crosses not hybrids ?

    Take the dog in the garden tie it up get out the stinkers let him see you holding them, and when correcting the dog be firm but not angry , gradually get closer to the dog with a ferret also if he gets to excited put the ferret in the cage then go and calm the dog let him smell your hands to get used to the scent , to begin with slow and steady for a week , I have found from my own experience as I'm braking an older dog to ferrets you also have the jealousy factor almost as though the dog is upset that your fussing over a ferret and not it .
