Going well Richard, power should creep up a little as it beds in, a new seal should see it rise a bit more, just a thought, you can I am pretty sure get a screwcut barrel from Sportwaffen Sneider in Germany for not a lot of money, think they only do em in .22 though, would save you quite a bit I think, and push the power close to the limit, which in .22 a 99 shoots very nicely at, when tuned.

So Got A Hw77, What Now ?.....
charlie caller replied to Paulnix's topic in General Airgun Discussion
A bit of fettling would turn that into a very smooth consistent and amazingly accurate rifle, if you fancy a go yourself I am happy to talk you through it, if not send it me and I will transform it for you -
Its your money mate, but a moderated .410 with 2" cartridges packs far more punch and is very quiet, but if its something you want good luck with it.

Far too expensive, and dont like the breaking it thing to cock it, interesting all the same.

Splendid shot old boy -
Guess I am strange then pal, they are quite possibly the most boring band I have ever heard but I totally agree on your other choices, with the addition of that bleeding heart progressive, rich little daddy's girl Lilly Allen

They dont, too busy out on the rob, the filth will have no doubt never done a days work in his life, sleep all day out robbing at night, great result, common sense for once.

And this is the problem with society today, a lump of Sh*t like that in the wheelchair knows he can go and bleat to the Police about having picked up a couple of no6s in the foot, when he was clearly out to rob and who knows what else, the old lad and his wife, I am sure back in the day, most criminals of his ilk would have kept quiet about it, regarding it as a hazard of the job, and thought fair play to the old lad (not in any way defending the criminal classes by the way) but in the same way as I remember getting a crack round the head by a copper when I was a kid for firing mud balls from

Why cant you get it into your head, the human rights of the scumbag thief have been violated, that is all that matters, the safety and security of the old boy and his wife on a remote farm are totally irrelevant

So am I mate to be honest, its not tuned, but actually shoots really sweet, I took it out last night for a play, zeroed it in, and at last light took two quite impressive woody's with it, both stone dead, one at 38 yards,I am tempted with it myself I must admit, it would be a real cracker with a good tune, and the glass on that scope is superb.

Selling for a pal who does not have a pc, nice .177 HW95, comes with Webley pro system silencer, sling swivels, and a superb Simmons pro diamond scope and quality mounts, a proper Philippine made Simmons, with superb glass, the rifle shoots spot on at 11.2 ftlbs, overall condition is good, a few little marks on the stock, but nothing much, decent grain on the wood, He is looking for £210 for the whole package, pick up S Yorks, or can post at cost, cheers.

Looks interesting, and while not illegal in any way to own a sub 12ftlbs semi auto rifle over here, I really cant see us getting it in that configuration, I just cant see the powers that be wearing it.

Yes mate tuning is no problem, Welsh Willy really rates them and does a kit for them, Tinbum will do a kit no problem, or I have a mate up here who does a brilliant kit, I would have to take the spring and piston over to him so he can measure up, these rifles are super accurate and smooth when tuned. -

The CZ 634 is a rifle I have been thinking about getting for a long time Phil, they are superb after a tune, the piston runs on synthetic bearings just like a tx CZ make some fantastic barrels mate, the 634 is very FWB sport in appearance, and a brand new one is about £180 from overseas, take a look mate. -
Improving An Imp?
charlie caller replied to tomburras's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
Add a preload washer or two and you will probably find it will creep very close if not slightly over the limit, they seem to do that as the dri slide beds in, my experience at least, after fitting a Vortek seal and lubing as described.
