  1. And just to add, the PPU stuff tends to be a very hard bullet, more suited to deer than foxes, not saying they wont kill foxes, of course they will, but there are much better fox bullets out there.
  2. I dont know which bit of our fair county you are from mate, but you are welcome to come and try my ultra out if you like, before you make a decision.
  3. You will not go far wrong with an ultra in .177 mate, super accurate little rifles, and if you fit a blast tamer, (easy diy job) the rifle wont have hammer bounce and waste air, so you will get more shots, and the ultra lends itself very well to tuning/modifying IE longer air tubes, regulators etc, if you want a demonstration of ultra accuracy check out vermin hunters tv and watch Si Pittaway shooting an ultra
  4. the LGV is far easier to strip than a 95 that I promise you, if you get the Walther, (as you should) pm me and I will tell you how to improve it, for about a fiver, at the end of the day mate get what feels best, but the earlier advice regarding 95 muzzle flip was good advice, add some weight to the front, they shoot much better that way.
  5. Master pro by a country mile, now an hw 95 is a good rifle, and can be made very good, I dont deny, but mate, you would have to spend a lot of cash and a lot of time, even trying to get a 95 to shoot like an LGV,I have said this before (or similar) if the internals of a 95 are like an agricultural vehicle, the LGV internals are like a race tuned engine, strip both rifles and compare internals, even air arms internals, as good as they are, are not up to the standard of the Walther, the LGV shoots superbly in .177, amazingly smooth, lazer accurate, and when you fit a silencer/moderator, almost pc

  10. You can get a brand new ultra single shot for a hell of a lot less than £400 round my way, £344 in fact, not too far away.
  11. One of the best deerstalkers I have ever met (he is 78 now) still uses an iron sighted .270 and believe me he still drops deer at good ranges with it.
  12. .177 it is then, you know it makes sense
  13. I am strongly of the opinion that young lads learning to shoot should cut their teeth on iron sights before gravitating to a scope, mine certainly will.
  14. Sub 12 .177 all day long, in fac take your pick.
  15. Tell ya what lads, they are one hell of a rifle honestly, jaw droppingly accurate, it would have never gone anywhere if I could have swapped the effin cocking lever over to the other side, but I was coming home with a sore cheek everytime I shot more than about a dozen shots.
  16. Artemis p15 bullpup in .177, absolutely mint as new condition, 2 months old, 11 shot mag sidelever cocking, titanium cylinder with a 250 bar fill, giving around 200 shots at full power, its regulated, with pressure gauge, inbuilt silencer in the shrouded barrel, this is a stunningly accurate rifle running at 11.7 ftlbs with JSB exacts,it comes with a brand new Hawke 3-9x40 AO scope and 1 piece sportsmatch mount, boxed with booklet and a full set of seals and fill probe,(can be purchased without scope) I am gutted at selling this rifle as it is really brilliant, but being left handed the cocking le
