you sure only 5 shots...i thought on section one there is no limit but had to justfy why you want a shot gun with more then 3 shots? you right....

in scotland we dont have the 50 ft from the centre of the high way law, you can shoot from your car day or night as long as you dont shoot across the high way

he got charged with breach of the peace on sunday, although when i spoke to the w c officer he said they had been charged under the wrong thing (thats what you get when they send a pc out that didnt know what a larson trap was)... although b of p is classed as causing distress and annoyance (or similar) got my letter through today with crime number etc for the case,

you must have some deer, and good ones at that to be pulling 10k from roe stalking would have been better to leave a gate open and let them find there own way out, as 3 deer in 1 pen means theres relitivly easy access some where.. jmo

iv had dogs that id almost bet on it finding a dead or running bird, might not have won trials, far from it but it is a good game finder... the very same dog iv watched a couple of time stand on a dead w, cock and snipe and not pick up the scent i also shot at a spanial trial, first bird up was a w, cock.. it dropped stone dead 35 yards out, i marked it bang on, 3 owners were brought up to have a run with there dogs, none found it.. judges walked to the tree stump id marked it at, and there it was.....not sure about 2 of them but one guy is one of the best in the country.....

breach of the peace is what he has been charged with, still not spoke to the guy thats dealing with it so dont quite know how it comes under that charge

what with ? specifically ? That will be a very useful precedent. il let you know tomorrow, the police left a message last night saying he had been charged, and the wildlife crime guy was not on duty today when i rang back, but as soon as i know il put a post up... thanks for the support
