    After having knee surgery a few months back and having a few problems after the surgery and starting to get back to some kind of normality, now I've got feckin shin splints and need to rest for a bit. Shin splints FFS I can't remember the last time I ran let alone ran enough to cause shin splints LOL. Got to be honest it's getting me down it is aye, always been active but at the minute every footstep is like toothache. Not looking for sympathy as this is the last place you'd get any haha......just thought a problem shared and all that.

    Summer in Wales was 2 weeks ago and lasted all of 2 hours, the only difference with summer and winter in Wales is the rain is warmer. LOL

    NO hes not hes scottish and he actually dislikes being called british.He might be Scottish but he represents GB when he plays tennis, if he's not British then perhaps he shouldn't be playing in and winning the Davis Cup. You never see a Scottish flag next to his name in tennis it's always the union flag.
