    Dry your eyes boys, I happen to think its a gen comment.....it's a harsh lesson and obviously gutting for the lad but it's a lesson none the less. It also makes good sense to not walk your dog on fields that have roads next to them if there are rabbits in the banks......that also is an accident waiting to happen......I have had a dog round down a banking and across a slip road in persuit of a rabbit. Innocent mistakes, but mistakes all the same.

    Sorry Wilf but you just are not getting it. Road tax pays for roads !!! no chance bud. You think that paying for nothing is fair, so there is no point in me trying to convince you otherwise. SImple fact is we all have to contribute or the country would be f****d, simple,. unfortunately some people convince themselves that its OK to just let everbody else pay, and justify it to themselves buy getting BUPA.     Council tax pays for the old bill Road tax pays for the road I pay business rates but I don't get f**k all for my money, not even my bin collected I have to pay to take my business rubbish to the tip Social development ?....no sorry, you got me there, I have absolutely f**k all idea what that means or is?     Strickly thats not true, its his money so he is not thieving anything, the way I look at it is in any other walk of life you want value for your money.........we obviously DONT get that from the state but they put a big gun to your head and say "you have to pay" and they make up the amount!! The real scandal is that folk have to pay so much if you ask me!! Really ?? So he doesn`t steal the local amenities that he uses, ?? He`s quite happy for his elderly relatives to be looked after by the NHS but won`t pay for it. If his missus gets assaulted and dragged down a dark alley he wil
