  5. Nice one lads, pups looking good You will have to let me come along again sometime tomo. Rew let me know when you want to come lamping again i know a spot that was lifting last week. The dogs feet have healed up nicely. David
  6. Iv got a clulight its a brilliant lamp for its size, lightforce are not as reliable but have better beams. Im not to fond on the spread on the cluelight, i would preffer it to be abit tighter but saying that i still use it every night im out. Brilliant lamp for size, reliability, and performance. Ideal poaching lamp, fits into a decent sized pocket and is easily carried or hiden if the need arrises. When im abit older and have permision i will get a lightforce striker and just re wire it, from what iv seen of them when lamping with tomo the beams are a fair bit better than the clulight lamps.

  10. I lamp a field with cows in almost every time im out, never had a problem but this field is used by loads of dog walkers so maybe the cows are used to it? Im not sure. Me and rew once ferreted a set right next to a herd of cows with calves and all tho they did not look happy they didn't do anything, and my dog was running around. I think its just a case of risk assessment, if it feels safe then go for it but if your worried then dont. David

  14. I can be like that, especially after seeing a couple of really good runs they just keep re-playing in your head. And when ever you close your eyes you can see the red eyes sitting in the distance. David
  15. Well i went only got 3 runs, 2 on hare and 1 on rabbit. The marksman missed the 2 hares as they were well over 100 yards away and the dog put the 1 rabbit in the bag. Not the best night but i enjoyed myself so it was worth while. Anyway i got these pics when i got in, mainly to show the game carrier i knocked up earlier. David
