So w I must admit I've only had experience of one Airedale, but that definitely isn't the case with mine, but of course I've not tried her on boar, bear or cougar. I doubt anyone would want their dog to go one on one with something that large, but smaller, toothed quarry is a walk in the park for my bitch, though it must be said that she's not fast enough to catch one s/h in the open.So will your puppies come with the same promise that they won't let you down,or will there be the same clause that if it does it needs another year or you did something wrong entering it.Brian plumber spring

Turning an exceptional trackiing dog into a drawing dog, or vice versa takes years so if you have space in your kennels for this dog and have a pack with which the dog can work with then I promise you this breed will not let you down. Lol. They have good noses, without a pack behind them most would rather walk away, or skip around baying.

If your fitting a dry stove, cost to fit is minimal,as long as the chimney has a clay liner you don't need to line it. Don't have it to big if it's dry. Enamelled are much easer to keep clean. Inserts can be awkward enough to flue. Make sure you get a c02 alarm.

I used to like having pups in the house but young kids and pups in the house try the patience kids dropping stuff pups Chewing stuff, kids treading on pups. So now they stay out doors don't suppose child line would like it... -
Should Lurcher Be Kept In Kennel And Run?

Good one,not into walking around public places with my dogs but if I'm in the fields woods mountains I would feel guilty not to have my dog.A lot of time I would rather be in the kennel with the dog, might look a bit extragavent to have sky dish on kennels? -
Sue no wonder you find ferreting daunting if you think this a argument,we haven't even got to the send me your post code and we will sort it out,or even a ferreting match yet

Used in the tv series Lone Ranger, Kemosabe became a very popular term. It means trusty scout or faithful friend. Contrary to popular belief, this term is actually native american. This term can be used while talking to friends or brothers. It can also be used sarcastically when talking to an unloyal and unreliable person you don't like. Don't like that last sentence

No reputation from me,In the real world I don't even tell lads I have a dog unless I know them well. I've lamped with one lad twice in 10 year. Think the saying is a doer not a talker.. But a lad comes on so worried of taking he's dog ferreting he wants to know if he can let it of the lead. The what if you have to dig to the ferret was the best I've read, when i have to ,the pup will learn to stay out the way till it's done another lesson. Note no stress from me just putting a point across other than a pup has to stay in the safety of the garden while you fill its bowl every couple of hour

Just back with mine 15 weeks, played all the way to the bury marked it ,stayed quite followed the noises underground, ran to netted rabbits had a mouth,as soon as I started lifted nets started playing again. Any dog first time ferreting is a pain much rather it be a young pup than a 6- 12 month old dog. Reading some post on here makes me think of some of the kids that come to play with my kids, every animal has to be locked away so as not to scare them even the chickens and the kids cannot touch anything that's not sterile.. As for November there's more flowers on my roses now than in July

You would wonder how wild animals cope wouldn't you.If you get a lay up you dig it out,if it rains a bit a 3 month old pup ain't going to melt. I do agree wouldn't have young pups out for the day, but there again I have put them in the car and done a bit more. Still less boring than sitting in a kennel, young pup learning where ever you take it even to wait quietly in the car. For me it's just about getting them out and about on farms, long before they can get them selves in any trouble they have seen it all. Some switch on straight away others play fall a sleep, makes no odds.

Get them out I've had pups at that age marking burys, respecting nets. Makes more sense getting them out in the countryside crossing country seeing stock ect ect being with you and ferrets, than you going out for a few hours then coming back and taking the pup for a walk around the park, throwing a dummy around your garden.

or f*****g locked Or I may get burned at the stake by the ASD bum lick squad Last time I saw whin he was calling them dale dogs...
-
All you can say is they seem to have been well tested, and the lads are keen.. No matter what dogs they had they would be filling bags because dogs are fit and they get out... I bet there were are plenty doing the same without photos or internet, photos don't prove that much does it? Weren't the hares ran doubled up? A name only means summit to the lad holding the lead.

Sounds really cool.

I'd like that second picture on my wall...

Saw some infra red beams some where, basically you point them at one another if the two beams are Brocken at the same time, it sets of a buzzer and sends a text to your phone. They were not cheep though.

Must say like mine, the search is good when your working on your own ferrets can run the hedges on you. You know 4foot is 2 foot. Had a couple of problems with collars not turning on. When ever I've been out with lads and the bf while it's accurate,I find it a bit baffling.

Depends how big the bramble patches are,you might be better with long nets around them, and a box full of ferrets, otherwise the rabbits might just sit in the bramble. T he land owner would need to get used to the fact that your going to have to tread paths through.

I like your posts, instead of getting wrapped up in numbers you just get out and enjoy your dog.what it's all about.

Sounds like a good morning and nice looking. Burys.. -
What do you use I have a spot I could do with trying that, heard of creosote what else?

Interesting. Feed mine once- twice a day.Pups look well on it. Found pups start getting picky if there fed to often,I like mine to eat what ever I put in there bowl Also gone of the pups cannot be to fat that I used to stick to,why add strain to joints fat enough ,is enough. Not saying I'm right just adding a different point of view.
