Unfortunately if you owe tax the inland revenue will want this back. If your employed you should receive a tax code notice at the start of the year telling you what tax you will be paying. It's the employees responsibility to ensure the correct level of tax is being paid,. Out of all govt departments the tax office are the most aggressive I have dealt with. They will probably just amend your tax code to reclaim it ove the next year. As suggested the only way to be sure is phone your local tax office. Good luck.

When I was about 20 me and a group of mates were meeting at the local boozer for a night out. Tomo one of the lads had just bought a £250.00 clapped out Vauxhall Chevette and decided to drive it up to the local to show it off to us with the intention of leaving it in the car park to be picked up Sunday morning when we played football for the local pub team. Some of the strongest people I've known have been religious, seen some horrific things happen to them and they seem to be able to hold it all together. Strength isn't always in a physical sense. I think you can judge a persons weakness by their faith just as much as you could judge a persons weakness by their lack of it. The old saying you can't judge a book by its cover springs to mind. If all this has done is made few people who previously shunned Christianity just at least think "maybe?" or even made them start on their own path to finding out what they believe then it has been worth it. Never! Progress never stops, we learn a bit more every year. Questions to which today we say "we don't know", tomorrow we say "we now know". Keep pushing the limits of human knowledge with reason and logic. Beyond todays limits there's the unreasonable and unexplainable 'God'............. untill we extend that limit a bit further and replace the unreasonable with reason.... ok maybe i phrased that wrong.......at what stage do you say " no more progress is being made "......i get back to what i said about the 2 leading astro physicists who basically said we are now back to square one.....

Wilfs question relates if I am correct to a stranger sacrificing his life which cant be for the good of the group as to them they are strangers. What is ironic is weve gone a full circle as I think the origins of this thread started about a young 14 year old lad sacrificing himself by tackling a suicide bomber.
