I too have a super black eagle Benelli and it's as reliable as you can get. You do right to avoid the Hatstands they are poor quality. -

You got Rhino at the end of your garden Paulus ? Seriously, 338 Lapua is the must have long range calibre if you can get it. Unfortunately the good reason table means most would never get a grant. If I had to list 5 calibres to cover any situation then: .22 LR Bolt Action (for stealth) .17 HMR / WSM (long range rimfire duties) .223 Fox .30-06 Deer .338 Lapua for shooting round at Paulas's House! it does say to cover every situation or was it occasion .338 Lapua now THAT is a round

OK just a bit of fun no serious in depth ballistic statistics required. If you could choose 5 rifles which calibres do you think are the most versitile to cover the spectrum and would give you virtually a rifle for any occasion? I'll start.... I have three of the calibres below the ones I don't have are the hornet and 30/06. If I were to add these would probably be the calibres of choice. .22 rf .22 Hornet .223 6.5 x55 swe 30/06

My T3 (admittedly 6.5 x55 swe) holds 5. I got two with the rifle and both are 5 round mags. Both mags are also plastic.

Nice selection Deker If it were my collection however the middle three would be up for sale. Edited to add. Not that there is anything wrong with the CZ rifles I just couldn't get them in my cabinet.

Agree 100%. In my opinion they won't continue without him, They are not swayed by political correctness unfortunately for the TV company they have something called family values which are far stronger than the lure of TV fame. Sad but true a lot of people I come across have forgotten a lot of these ideals, I think these days many kids in the UK would sell their grandmother to appear on X Factor

It's becoming no longer acceptable to be a white Christian with a set of old standrard moral convictions in todays world. Unless you are able to do away with your beliefs you will be classed as a racist, sexist, homophobic that will have the liberal tree huggers turning themselves inside out. If the people who commissioned this program thought for one minute that these people who have been brought up with generations of ideals would just roll over and throw this away to be on TV then they are fools.

Nice one MIK I was in St Maarten last year and the jets landing over the beech is crazy, you tube it. I enjoyed Singapore when I was there but got to admit its some years since I was there. I can think of worse places to be ATB

OK well to say I'm a little bit perturbed is an understatement. Call yourself a shooting community? What do I need to do to get some shooting round here, other than the wild boar and the 250 day on the pheasants which I passed to Charlie Caller (yep sorry about the barn lunch kinda put me off too, can you imagine biting down on a slice of game pie with the stench of farm yard animals yuk) the response has been dismal to say the least. I at least thought I would have an invite for the Glorious 12th next year on Bransdale Moor or at the VERY least a 350 bird day on the Chatsworth estate.
